Tried it this morning before my workout. Have recently stopped taking pre-workout because Im trying to drink less caffeine so I was excited to try this stim-free one. The flavor is good, and very strong, I would say at least 12 oz of water for a full scoop. But the increase in energy was certainly noticeable while I was at the gym and even on my walk home from the gym. Also noticed a much better pump, veins were lookin good. So I would definitely recommend my fellow gym goers to give this a shot.

I was trying to cut back on caffeine and this pre-workout seriously gives you the energy you need to bust out a workout without the jitters or crash feeling you might get from other pre-workouts loaded with caffeine. It’s great! Also the peach rings flavor is absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend :)

Surprising to see pre-workout that lives up to the hype without caffeine, I always thought the base of these supplements were in that area so this is great! I never liked the idea of becoming reliant on a pre-workout after consistent use so its nice to know I dont have to worry about that. Overall great product, not to mention the awesome flavors

Okay, I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the Cherry flavor, I was scared it would taste like medicine, but it isn’t bad at all! This pump makes me feel and look amazing, better than other pumps I’ve had in the past. 10/10 recommend
