Very strong magnets but slides as if on ice across the glass. Dont put them together. The velcro is impossible to separate. Very good so far.

I seldom write review for items that I bought. This is an exception. I am extremely pleased with this algae magnet that I bought. It is very easy to use and also get rid of the algae in hard to reach area, ie. the bottom edge. I have a 100 gallon tank and it took me less than 5 minutes to do the cleaning.

Very strong magnet, no need to be ever so delicate to move around. Does not just pop apart. I can even go around the corners, and it will stay close enough to continue cleaning.

Works like a charm. I have a very stubborn black algae that sticks like glue and this did the job beautifully!

Best product of its type that Ive tried. Only problems are that it doesnt work well at the edges, and it picks up sand if working at bottom, causing scratches to the glass, so be careful.

My first experience with magnet cleaners. Watched a video review before I purchased and it performs the same as on the video. Great job first time out. Algae build up was not too heavy but I think that wouldnt matter.

Very strong magnet , the scraper is useful but not too sharp and thats good coz with such strong magnet sharp scraper will be risky to handle during installation or replacement Warning: dont stick the two pieces together without glass , it very painful to get them separate

I was scared to buy one of these because I had heard the horror stories about mag scrubbers and how they can mess up your glass badly. But I had I really bad calcium deposit problem and a regular scrubbing pad for aquariums was doing nothing. With a bit of elbow grease(Im out of shape so I was a bit winded after haha) I was able to use the scraper attachment to tackle the calcium while the scrubby bit did its magic to the glass. The result was the most beautiful tank glass I had ever seen. Wow! Sadly, I need to purchase another as my husband thought it would be neat to put them together... outside of the glass... Yeah. We cant pry them apart for the life of us so were getting a new one. Use caution so you dont get yours stuck together as well. Good grief!
