> 3 dayThese post bases are very cleanly made (no over-welding) the base itself is thicker than the sides and should hold up very well with proper installation. Well be using ours to set up a patio sail or two with some antique string lights thrown in for ambiance. While screws were provided, I will likely be opting for some slightly larger ones with a bit deeper bite (as I tend prefer a little overkill when it comes to projects like this... go big or go home... right?). These bases will give the project a nice, finished look

Greater than one weekit is everything you need for a post anchor base. Very heavy and well put together. Comes with everything needed.

> 3 dayThese 4x4 post bases are quite heavy, and feel very sturdy. They should work fine for putting up a pergola/gazebo, archway, fence, or other applications... These fit nominal 4x4 beams. Just secure the base to a flat surface, drop in the beam, and then secure them with screws (via the holes on the sides). For lighter/non-structural applications you might not even need to secure the bases to the ground. Do not try to use true 4 square beams, as you would need to whittle down the ends where it connects with these bases.

> 3 dayWe are using these to anchor the base 4 by 4s that we are using to support an entrance to a doorway for our back entrance .We have attached them to the concrete slab with lag bolts .They appear to be well made and the finish should hold up well in weather . Would highly recommend and the money spent is a good investment .

> 3 dayOrdered these for our backyard Pergola. I liked how they looked in the photos but I wasn’t sure what to expect. When the box arrived I was surprised at how heavy it was. Once open, I was pleasantly surprised at how nicely made these post bases are. Made from Heavy steel with super clean welds and a durable black finish. These are built to last and I’ve got no doubt that we’ll get many years of service from them. If only everything you bought was made this well. You will not be disappointed if you use these for your wooden post project. Two thumbs up.

> 3 dayOver the years, I’ve seen some good quality post base brackets and I’ve seen some cheaply made ones. These Insaga brackets are some of the best I’ve come across... attractive... nice finish... no burrs or rough edges... very heavy duty. This set of four is fairly priced.

> 3 dayPost holders such as this are essential to many deck / pergola / etc. projects. Anywhere that you want to use a 4x4 upright and not use the ugly galvanized hardware store brackets. These are priced about right and are well-constructed of good gauge steel, nicely welded, and appear to be powder coated. Time will tell if the finish holds up without rusting - Ill update if there are any problems. But for now, these represent a good value.

> 3 dayOf the three options, this was the simplest design. So if that is what you want, this is good option. I like it. Simple elegance. The two interior photos attached, are to show the width from the outside and inside edges.
