I’m so glad I decided to step up from the 12600T I was planning on using to the 12600K, which is the cheapest Intel CPU that has the efficiency cores. I was nervous at first, because my plan was to build a low-ish power, 100% passively-cooled, internal GPU, no moving parts PC for use in my bedroom, where my previous computers were annoyingly loud. I used a Noctua NH-P1 passive cooler and a Seasonic PX-500 fanless PSU, and my system is not only 100% silent, it turns in impressive benchmark numbers and never gets close to throttling temperatures even after sustained Cinebench runs.

It punches above its weight and is less than $300. You kind of cant go wrong with this one.

Intel do your marketing material right before mentioning 125W TDP. Beware you couldnt play certain games due to DRM. I would prefer all high core performance. I believe they are aiming E core for their laptop which I certainly dont like!. This CPU cannot pass my sword test ⚔ ⚔ ⚔ ⚔

Man this thing is a beast. Aero G Gigabyte Board, 32g Corsair Ram, Asus Tuf Gaming 3080 12G. The thing rips through anything you throw at it. So nice...I am using a LL Galahad 360mm water cooler thing never got hot all summer in 90+ degree weather.

I am grading the main heading at the top of the page that does not let the consumer know a cooler is not included. Would have been nice to know this before purchasing, and now I wait for a cooler. The information is included under Q and A.

Runs like a champ with a 3080ti. Noctua air cooler idles at 30C. Runs all games perfectly smooth on a Samsung G9 monitor.

This thing runs like a beast. I can get a 43% OC in Ai tweaker and even stress testing getting the CPU up to 80C it still runs rock solid. I got mine on sale for $182 and at that price its an absolute steal.

For the money, this is the little processor that could. Extremely satisfied with the speed, capacity, and design. The majority of cores run at 4.9GHz, while the rest work quietly along @ 3.6GHz. First cpu Ive had that used a division of labor to accomplish more with less. NO OC required, as I would rather this last a while instead of going out in a literal blaze of glory. Use it for VR flight sims and ARMA. Not into MP, so dont know about extreme loading, but so far I really like it. Combined with plenty of DDR4 it delivers.

No se traba, es muy rápido. Los gráficos integrados funcionan perfectamente para jugar Apex Legends, pero no sirven para jugar Warzone 2.0, por lo que toca tener una tarjeta gráfica. Pero es muy rápido este procesador. Con el cooler de de ventiladores que le puse, si mucho llega a 65° en gaming. Me gustó mucho.
