Ottimo processore, lo uso da un paio di settimane soprattutto per il gaming in 4k e reagisce magnificamente, ma allinizio con il dissipatore stock raggiungeva temperature di oltre 90°. Assolutamente inadatto; anche in uso normale riscontravo picchi di 70°, in idle era sui 50°. Non potendolo sostituire con un altro a liquido, ho dovuto optare per un dissipatore ad aria della Artic. La situazione era migliorata ma neanche tanto, quindi ho dovuto effettuare un undervolt per arrivare a temperature accettabili senza che incidesse sulle prestazioni. Ora la temperatura in gaming arriva al massimo a 80° ma in media è sui 70 e in idle meno di 35. Aggiungo che non può essere un problema di airflow del case in quanto ho 7 ventole allinterno e gli altri componenti hanno buone temperature.

I slammed this little chip into my new rig, I tell ya man this little guy wasnt even expecting it. It was so shocked it just wanted all of its 6 legs to run fast as hell so it went to 5Ghz. Ran in the Olympic games and got a gold medal. My only criticism is its codename, coffee lake like its trying to be impressive, Devils Canyon now thats a name that strikes fear.

Came fast and and all parts are correct.

Works like a charm, easy to fiddle with in bios. Generally forgiving. 1080p 60+fps paired with my rtx 2070. Havent dabbled with OC but this thing idles at 40c so no problem
