11-06-2025I am proficient in building PCs and have had a lot of experience. When my original cpu got here it arrived dead and I went through intel to get a replacement chip. I. Had to constantly call them, email and live chat. Every day it was a different excuse with them until almost 2 weeks later they gave in and sent me ANOTHER dead chip. I do hope that everyone else gets working chips but by the looks of it a lot of people receive dead ones
