> 3 dayI upgraded from a 4790K and All I gotta say it was a very nice upgrade. I play a lot of VR games. Especially VRchat and I can tell you that VRchat runs a lot better. Games where I would get stuttering every now and then I dont get it anymore. Everything is smooth gameplay and thats it. And the temperatures are literally exactly the same as my 4790K while gaming. Its around 60 to 65 Celsius. In around 35 to 40 Celsius while watching YouTube and stuff like that.

> 3 dayI had a hard time deciding between an i9 9900K and a this, the i7 9700K, but after looking at a ton of gaming benchmarks I decided to go with the cheaper 9700K. I use my computer almost exclusively for gaming and in many benchmarks the 9900k and 9700k are equal (9700K even beats the 9900K in some instances) so for my purposes it was not worth the extra cost. I am someone who upgrades frequently so I dont typically try to build something that is future proof. I prefer to get the better value components (spending less) and then upgrade more frequently. I am currently using a Noctua D15 to cool my 9700K and my temps are outstanding (68 at load)
