iolo - System Mechanic Pro, Computer Cleaner for Windows, Blocks Viruses and Spyware, Restores System Speed, Software License

Seems like a good product. Some problems installing. You have to be a minor geek to negotiate use. Needs a little fine tuning for us non-experts.

Had used it in the best with good results but dropped it when I got a new computer back aways. Now that the then-new/now-old computer has gotten painfully slow, I paid for and downloaded System Mechanic-Pro. I couldn t get it to load, so called Tech Support and was told no problem, hook them up for remote access and that have me running faster in no time. Once he had taken over my computer, however, the support person started doing all sorts of things that I couldnt even follow on the screen and commenced to tell me about the other products that I needed. I asked him to ust get the program to do what IT was supposed to do, but, as my computer continued to go wild, threatened to terminate the call if I didnt buy the additional products. I hung up and, since my computer would no longer work at all, went to my wifes computer and requested a refund. I also complained directly to the manufacturer of the program and asked for some help getting the malicious System Mechanic-Pro off my computer. He suggested standard methods that Id already tried and said someone would get back to me to help me further. That hasnt happened yet, but I was able to go to a malware program and finally get rid of the mess that the support: guy made and to delete System Mechanic-Pro and at least the computer is running again. Slowly, but at least it is running.

Love the system mechanic program. Even when I upgraded to a new computer, I immediately installed it on my new system, which has run fast and flawlessly since. Keep up the good work, looking forward to new features all the time

I have noticed a lot of problems since I have installed this (you can call it as a software). Tried to contact support. Be ready for a dissapointment. My guess a good company has been bought by .... Whatever. DO NOT BUY IT

Excellent product and great delivery

Arrived on time, as expected. Easy install, easy to use product. The menus and options are simple and intuitive. I like that I can use this version for multiple computers. I do not like that the license will expire after a year, and I will have to purchase again.

This is one of the worst system speed up programs out there. I looked at reviews and thought that this program was one of the best. I had been used Advanced System Care and been happy but I wanted to get a paid version to see if it was better. I was wrong.
