> 3 dayProduct has no customer support that is of any use to anyone. I installed it into 1, ONE laptop. My owner, then would not install into mine. It would not take the activation number and was supposed to be for multiple use. The Customer Service does not respond on their website and the instant chat only works if you bought the product from one of there Approved Sellers what I was told..???? The instant chat, was on there site too. A total waste of time on that one. While I have used this product for years and years.. I WOULD NEVER, NEVER WASTE ANOTHER DIME ON THESE FOLKS. I have since went to Avast on one laptop, avira on another, without this nonsense and have no issues at all.

> 3 dayThis is one of the worst system speed up programs out there. I looked at reviews and thought that this program was one of the best. I had been used Advanced System Care and been happy but I wanted to get a paid version to see if it was better. I was wrong.

Greater than one weekI bought this product for the first time, last year, albeit reluctantly. I had an Ailing Windows 7 box that had plenty of hardware power, but no more gusto. That version of the product, really brought the system back to life and its still running today. I bought this version of the product recently to help out an i7 core ultrabook with an SSD drive that all of a sudden became an absolute slug. I really thought I had a hardware issue the system was so slow. I installed the latest version of System Mechanic Pro on it and ran the software. I was happy to discover that it was just system clutter in the way of temp files, registry issues, and clogged memory. I run the utilities every 1 to 2 weeks and it really does increase the overall system performance. I also really like the unlimited license! We have 4 computers in the house and its really nice not to have to buy extra licenses.

> 3 dayBe careful folks. Ive been using them for years. It worked. But their upgrades and installs are risky. Had this problem before, I just installed it on a new dell windows 10 computer. It crashed for no reason. On restart some loading program ran out of control, couldnt stop it. It used up all my CPU. Tried to un-install. No luck. There is no customer support either. Im rebuilding and looking for a replacement. Any ideas?

> 3 dayInstalling System Mechanic destroyed my computer. It corrupted my registry. It deleted all my Windows 7 restore points. I was unable to access any of my files. Even though IOLO customer service acknowledged their software was responsible for rendering my computer useless, they claimed they have a clause in their license agreement that holds them harmless for any damage caused by their software. They refused to pay the $120 it cost me to have Tiger Direct format my hard drives. All my files were lost. I had two mirrored hard drives mirrored with RAID 1. Both drives were rendered useless.
