Greater than one weekBeautiful finish on my silk scarves. Used it to represent blood for a production. I washed them one time first and followed directions... Just let the wash cycle run hottest setting with the dye instead and it turn out beautiful.

Greater than one weekThis dye works great for dying wool. However, it does not work for dying other materials such and jean material or tshirt material - we tried this on both and the dyed just washed off.

> 3 dayFirst things first. Protect everything you dont wish to dye. Wear gloves, a mask (which I didnt do, foolishly), old clothes, plastic wrap your counters (maybe your floors as well). Have Clorox wipes on hand if youre working on a stove; use a pot thats stainless/enamel/glass; thermometer (I used a glass candy thermometer that clipped on the side of the pot). When I opened the dye, it looks rust-toned even though the label says Jet Black #626. Do NOT let this fool you. Once the powder hit the water, the resulting color black. Jet Black. Black as the Abyss, Black. Demon Eyes, Black. Seriously Damn Black. The directions I printed out for acid dyeing on the stovetop mentioned leaving the items in the dye bath for 30 minutes (or longer) in order to get a deep, rich color. The items being dyed had been in the bath for a mere 5 minutes when they had taken on a good deal of the dye already - sporting a deep inky black - giving me a clear idea of how well this product worked. I must say, if this initial test is any indication of how this product performs, then Ive so many wonderful plans for the future.

> 3 dayIch habe mehrere Jacquard-Farben bestellt, alle färben super gut und lassen sich in der Wolle gut fixieren. Die Farben sind untereinander und auch mit anderen Säurefarben gut mischbar. Ein Stern Abzug für die große Verpackung, die nur zur Hälfte gefüllt ist.
