To this day my Jaden thermal printer is still plugged in but its saying offline itll print test copies but wont print my labels for my business and its put me back days on shipping. Tech support has the worst response time and Ive called multiple times and Ive left multiple voice messages. Go with a brand that will actually care about its buyers that are running their own small businesses.

This thing is probably my best investment to date. The Blue tooth is easy to use but the name of the device is NOT the same as in the instructions book. Only reason I knew it was the right device is because my phone showed a new printer. The app is pretty straight fwd but I ALWAYS have to turn the image density up to around 12 for shipping labels. Otherwise its worked perfectly

The machine is fairly good, but the instructions for set up are horrible. Some of the pages in the instruction manual are unreadable and hard understand.

Got it for my small business. Came with a roll of labels and the set up was super easy. Havent tried to print from my phone yet, but seems simple enough. It is a bit bulkier than I thought.

After major headache with the suggested app of Shipping Printer, found one that actually works with the Jaden printer. The app I found is called ReturnPal and worked as soon as I downloaded and installed it. One that was installed, my iPhone connected right away and printed a test label. Still having issues getting printer to connect to my MacBook Pro via the cable, but I am sure that will be able to rectified even though the driver software was installed per Jaden’s instruction manual.

Yhis seemed to be a nice printer. The test print looked nice. However, this did not work for our church Check-in system with a tablet.

Ordered this printer to print a handful of labels on a daily basis. I usually print from my iPhone since it’s more efficient and hence the reason for getting this printer. To print a shipping label you would need to save the label from wherever you are printing, open the printing app, connect printer if it’s disconnected, open the label pdf in the app, crop it, change label orientation, confirm your changed, then print….Zzzz imagine you wanna do this for many labels??? The print quality is ok and what I expected from this range of price. I didn’t bother connecting to my computer because I wanted a Bluetooth printer that prints from my phone. Unfortunately I will be returning it asap. I have found another pink printer here on amazon where you can open the pdf file and immediately crop and print. I would like these printers to have a software that can do all the cropping work, but for now I have to live with it.

Despite ordering the Bluetooth version and the label on the device showing the Bluetooth model, it did not have Bluetooth no matter how I tried to get it to work. I was able to get it to print via USB but the print quality was nothing short of trash. The app was awful anyway and would make every print a challenge. Maybe youll get lucky and get it to work but Id skip it.
