I dont use this printer every day; but when I do go to use it, I shouldnt have to re-install the software each time. (The printer is always offline until I re-install the software.) I finally figured out how to get the print darker since I could barely read anything. I have not tried the Bluetooth function since Im always frustrated at the amount of time it takes just to get a single label to print when my laptop is connected. Pretty disappointed as I thought this would really be an asset to my small business.

Works perfectly for what Im doing. I needed to create my own hip numbers for Track & Field. I wasnt sure when I first ordered it because its $200 less than the Zebra brand, but I was surprised this works perfectly.

Once you figure out that you need to download their printing app and pair through bluetooth it works great. There is updated connection that makes some of the set up directions in booklet wrong, but this is noted on an included note, so dont lose it lol. At first it seemed I needed to have a connected connote to use this, but realized when I skipped the pages to the 1 page about bluetooth info and found the app info, which once installed was able to print on its own from my phone or tablet. The app is simple and works with ebay, pirateship, and other shipping label websites. It prints in only a few seconds. I have had to reprint a couple of times due to missing ink on the tracking barcode. But rare. The printer did come with a small roll of 4x6 paper. I used my UPS free roll and it works great. I love the ease of bluetooth/wifi printing!

ShippingPrinter instructions video is misleading. The video does not show all the steps. It shows printing a pdf file from your phone. But it takes much work to create correctly formatted pfd label file. eBay makes pdf with label and instructions on one page. You would need to crop eBay to have only the label and you need to orient it correctly. Other printers have software to do all the work for you but this printer makes you do the most of the hard work. It takes me less time to print the whole eBay label page on paper, cut the label and tape it on a package than using this printer. Considering to return.

This product does not work with the drivers provided and there is ZERO tech support. This was a total waste of time.

Boy do I LOVE this product!!! It has saved me so much time and frustrations with tape guns. We have an online shipping business and I could not be happier with the time and I am sure money it saves me!

Having a Bluetooth on this device makes absolutely no sense because you can’t use it on your computer and print wirelessly. I’m very disappointed and will absolutely return it today. My advice is to pay extra and get something that really works well

So far its working wonderful Fast and the printer is great
