I’m so disappointed. I tried to print a label today and it was so frustrating. I tried printing from my phone and my computer and everytime I tried to print it would come out blanked. I followed the instructions from the manual so idk what I did wrong.

Easy and perfect

This printer is absolutely perfect for a small business. I read a lot of the reviews prior to purchasing and I am glad I did. I had some trouble with the initial set up due to the directions being very short and non-descriptive. The reviews helped me and now I just love this little machine!

Won’t print FedEX labels

Well lets say it works when wants to until now it will not work.From the start I would have to mess with it for 10 minutes just to get one label printed now it wont even work at all.called customer service waited 15 minutes then they said leave a message so I did and nothing not a call back or nothing.JUNK !!!!

Not user friendly at all couldn’t get it to print from my phone like it said I could do

Printer actually does a very nice job printing labels. I printed several from my computer. I was disappointed when I tried to print one via Bluetooth and saw I have to give the app permission to access my contacts and location at all times in order to open the app. No need for either of those with Bluetooth, its just a data harvesting app.

App that creates a label , is poor . Not please with app , but printer is good quality .
