> 24 hourThe stool will fold up on itself when the child attempts to get off resulting in them falling to floor with the stool. You will have to always lift them on and off the stool and stand over them because if they lean forward it will lean forward and collapse to the floor. No locking mechanism once it is fully extended. Grandson was not hurt thankfully but I was by having to make sudden move to catch him as he lean forward and it fell forward toward the wall. Terrible design and not safe!!!! Message supplier but got no response yet.

> 24 hourNot really stable enough for child to go up the steps and turn around and sit on it themselves. You have to pick them up and put them down on it and its still rocks

> 24 hourThis seat looked perfect for what my toddler needed. It had steps with handles that she could stead herself with and it folded in half making it great for our teeny tiny bathroom. Unfortunately the opening in the seat is quite big and my toddler sinks in to the toilet when she sits on it. It’s very hard for her to actually use the potty because she trying to hold herself on top of the seat by pushing up on the handles. Sadly my kid’s bottom is too small for this. I am hoping that as she gets bigger perhaps she will fit the seat better.

> 24 hourSo first of all, the directions could definitely be better when it comes to putting this together. I got it for my 3 year old that cant get on the potty herself and it would always be inopportune times that she needed help (like putting her baby brother to sleep.) The assembly was frustrating but the adjustments to make it fit your toilet were a joke. It isnt very stable and REALLY needs to be set just so to not scare the child about them falling into the toilet. Over time though she learned how to stabilize it so it has helped.

> 24 hourProduct does its just, to an extent. If mom or dad is holding it for the little one, it’s fine. But if my child is feeling independent and doesn’t want help, it is so easy to tip over or slip off the toilet. I’ve tried everything and every way to adjust it. Has not worked for us on multiple toilets at our house or relative’s houses.
