> 24 hourI came across this product looking for cheaper resin. This resin works fine....if youre on a budget. My prints came out looking dusty and felt rough. It was almost like someone put sand in the resin. I used the grey color and its not grey at all. It pours white and dries very white. If you cant afford the more mainstream brands, this resin will work for you.

> 24 hourOnly problem I had with this product is that bottle doesn’t seal very well after opening. Otherwise excellent resin and it prints great.

> 24 hourI use a lot of resin and having it come in a 2L bottle is quite helpful. Jayo resin is a quality product at a bargain price. The resin prints well and has good detail.

> 24 hourIve been looking for good clear resin that does not yellow when it gets cured and this Jayo transparent turned out the clearest over brands costing 3 to 4 times the money. I have tried 8 clear resins from various brands and as far as looks go Jayo wins. Also was the easiest to calibrate on a Elegoo saturn 25s/4l 2.2s on vroom settings. Last but not least very low odor.

> 24 hourUpdated review I was a little hesitant of this resin at first. I got it back in the end of 2021 during their 2kg for $25 sale and really wanted to like it. I got okay use out of the black but seemed to have too many issues for it to really be worth it. Once I started using the transparent resin though everything changed. I love the transparent and it is now my go to resin for most everything. Durability: You wont be getting any ABS like resin durability out of this, but I have found its quite durable. Ive dropped my models on the wooden floor many of times and only really had issues with cracking on very delicate parts such a as bows, belts, and strands of hair. I do often drill and tap the prints with my Dremel and have never had issues with it being too fragile. Its probably not best for high intensity parts but itll work great for figures and miniatures (I print up to 1/3 scale and it supports its own weight very well after over a year standing) Smell: Its right in the middle. There are definitely some light fumes from this resin and I wouldnt recommend using it without any ventilation. Having said that I would also say it is significantly better than some other resins Ive used, especially cheaper ones. Print quality: I havent had any issues with the quality of the prints Ive had after over a year. All the details are crisp and the resin cleans very easily with mean green or isopropyl alcohol. The transparent does have to be babied a bit more than other clear resins to get that really clear look. I typically cure mine in water to help and then wet sand from 1000->5000 grit before clear coating it if I want a good glass look to it. I have included what it looks like normally cured without sanding in my photos of cooler (I over cured it a bit so it lost too much of its clear look. A bit of clear coat will bring back the look more or less). The transparent does take a fraction or two more per layer to cure, I dialed mine in at 1.9seconds per layer at 50% power on my anycubic mono x, but every printer is different slightly. Price: By far the best reason to get this resin. I almost exclusively buy from Jayo because of how dirt cheap it is. There are a few cheaper resins ($13-$17 a kg) on Amazon, but theyre either hot or miss for every bottle or downright terrible. A lot of times you can still even get the 2kg for $25 bottle deal (most people have good results with black, but I dont think I calibrated properly for it). I get transparent for about $17/$18 a kg and I think its by far one of the best deals for resin. TLDR PRO- dirt cheap, great results, decently durable, smell isnt too strong, lots of colors options, easily able to be drilled by hand CONS- there are more durable high end resins out there, the clear wont be as transparent as some high end brands, I had trouble with the black resin personally, it does have a smell. All in all I would recommend this resin and I will be buying a lot more of it as long as it stays this price.

> 24 hourI like to buy Sunlu resin when it drops bellow $16 per KG. I wasnt seeing that happen, and read that Jayo is the same as Sunlu. This worked on my Sunlu profile and quality seemed great. I mostly print Minis for my kids and occasionally prototypes. Ill probably keep getting Sunlu, but this seems like a solid substitute (as long as it is on sale).

> 24 hourNewer to resin and have tried various brands and have to say I am really enjoying the great quality and support of Jayo product. I would highly recommend their resin to anyone that I know! It prints great and in my opinion the odor is super low compared to other brands that I have used.

> 24 hourI was apprehensive at first being that this is priced so much lower then most other companies. That being said this resin has preform over and over again with out any issues evey time I purchase it . This resin is my go to. The print quality is amazing! A word of warning though , this resin is a bit of a bear to clean if you are not using 90%+ isopropyl alcohol to clean it. I have discovered that you can also use acetone to clean prints made from this, Dont let them sit in it though I use a large mason jar with a lid , fill it with acetone and then add my parts , slowly moving the parts around in the jar for a 5-10 min , I then dump out the part rinse with water and let dry .

> 24 hourColor: Clear Blue I have been using FDM printers for a few years and just got my first SLA printer this week. This was only my second print and the color of the resin is stunning. I have purchased a few other resins and the odor for this brand is not very strong compared to those. This was printed with just the basic settings on my printer and didnt require and tweaking or testing. I already purchased another bottle.
