Sounds amazing! Quality of sound is very rich and full. STUPID LOUD! Bass goes BOOM! Love it. The price could be a little cheaper, but hey, its a JBL what do you want! Battery lasts long.

Nice radio. It’s a little heavy. Can’t wait to use outside next summer. It’s like a torpedo.

You will hear parts of your favorite song that other speakers dont manage to produce. The base really thumps the highest are crisp and the mids are perfect.

Don’t let the price scare you away, I bought this for a friends beach weekend with multiple boats. I have a couple of JBL Flip 5 speakers as well and when they are all synced it’s amazing to have surround sound. The sound quality of the boom box 2 is clear, clean base and the music stays clear at maximum volume… not that you ever will need maximum volume!

Although purchased brand new, the product is very damaged with scratches on the handle, speaker, subs, and JBL emblem. Upon further inspection, I also realized it is a first generation JBL Boombox, not 2. It will not power up, even fully charged, and it will not sync/the bluetooth is not working whatsoever. I can only guess someone exchanged their Boombox 1 after it gave out for a Boombox 2 and Amazon did not realize, as it was perfectly packaged.
