This backpack broke after a few months of being used. I intended on having it for a while to use but it unfortunately wasn’t able to hold up to day-to-day activities. I did like it while it lasted but it just wasn’t able to hold up. Update they shipped a new one after explained the issue. Great customer service! Thank you so much.

I bought this for my husband for work he is a bus driver and needed something to put all his stuff and paperwork into. It is a large capacity, so it holds all his stuff. Would definitely buy again.

Have zero complaints and would recommend this backpack to anyone.

I just recieved my brand new backpack. After my original review (1 star) about the (otherwise terrifically designed) backpacks stitching, in the front pocket, letting go after only a few months of normal use (see picture). The company sent me an Amazon message asking how they can remedy the situation, stating that theyve gotten a new supply line and believe the quality is improved. I replied that I loved the design and construction, except the stitching failure. I happily loaded my new backpack. NOTE: This could become a 5 if the durability question is well answered with the new bag.

UPDATED REVIEW 10/15/22 to 5-STARS- vendor emailed me re: my 9/22/22 bad review and product issues. He offered to refund or send brand new replacement backpack. I really love the design and functionality of this laptop backpack, so many great features. He emailed me Thur 10/13 11pm EST and I received a brand new backpack on Sat 10/15 lunchtime, wow thats great service. The vendor absolutely owned the customer experience and exceeded my expectations, especially 3 months after purchase (60 days after warranty). I have another 30-day trip to Asia coming up in March and will test it out for round two trial lol. Im feeling more optimistic this backpack will do its job. Thank you Loris from Jiefeike company! ORIGINAL REVIEW 9/28/22- utter garbage and useless after only 3 weeks Brand new backpack -bought in July 2022, took on 3-week leisure trip to Manila in Sept 2022. Backpack was in the hotel the entire trip, not an adventure backpacking excursion. The fabric tore apart from the seams on one side of backpack, one of the tightening straps is almost completely torn off, and one of the side zipper seams will not stay closed no matter what I do. My laptop actually fell out the side of the backpack at the airport screening area, luckily not on the hard floor. This backpack only added stress during my vacation. I am really disappointed how poorly built it is. The design is great but quality and function are utter garbage. Total waste of money as Im also past the 30-day return point.

Excellent quality

Love how much space is in this backpack. I was able to pack two computers (work & personal). Paper, handbooks, change of clothes, bathing suit for the beach and snacks with room to spare!!! (Plus many other small misc. Items). It has so many compartments and pouches there really is an organized place for everything!!!
