UPDATE: adding 1 star for Outstanding customer service! The seller contacted me after I posted my review offering a refund or replacement. The Amazon return window had already closed; it was 4.5 months after purchase. Within a few days a new backpack was delivered. Hopefully the new will not come apart. The backpack seemed well made and is very spacious. It was used by a high schooler for books. After only 4 months of use, the shoulder strap had begun to come apart as has the side strap that crosses over the side pocket and clips in front. Pics attached. For the price, I would have expected the item to last a while longer. I will be lucky if it makes it through one semester or half a school year. Disappointing.

I love all of the pockets available in this backpack. I travel a lot for work and for pleasure. Having tons of zippers and compartments makes sure all of my stuff as well organized. I love the hidden zipper in the back for my wallet and cash. Love being able to use the strap on the back to slide it over my suitcase handle when traveling. Would recommend this 1000%! Look at all of the stuff in the pictures that I was able to fit into the backpack. Still had more room for my laptop if needed.

The title is looks good as I wont have the chance to really test it until 1 and a half month from now. There are multiple pockets and is quite big indeed (which is what I was looking for). The padding on the back looks very comfortable. When I travel I bring a lot of cr@p and I will see how this one performs. When checking the interior, the material feels cheap, however the outside is the other way around, it gives me good confidence that it will stay strong.

I bought it to supplement my carryon baggage for overseas travel. Between the two, I carried enough for a weeklong trip. Deep pockets. Has two pockets not deep that are help for items I need easy access. Would have like shallow pockets inside the deep ones too.

This bag has so much room. My sons books, laptop and shoes fit in it with no problem

Used it on a three day, two night getaway. Was able to pack all I needed and more.

Love all the compartments! Nice overall quality. Very good deal.
