Update: I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars due to the seller’s fantastic customer service! Within a day of writing my original review, the seller contacted me to apologize for the defect and offered to make it right by either giving me a full refund or sending me another backpack free of charge. I opted for the new backpack since overall my daughter did like the pack. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it only two days later! Based on other reviews, I am hoping the original backpack was just a fluke and this backpack will last the school year. I am so impressed with the customer service from this company and was happy to give them another chance. Their responsiveness and communication were top notch! Two weeks into the school year and the side strap already ripped off. Based on this, I don’t have high hopes for it to last for the whole school year. The size is nice though. My daughter can fit all of her things for school into it with room to spare.

This backpack has been amazing for me, an absolute game changer. I can fit so much inside it, it almost seems magical. Even when Im not using all of its space, I love being able to organize everything in all the pockets. Also, the snap key chain is way cooler and more useful than I expected. I never have to dig through the pockets to find my keys. When it rains, I never have to worry about my books or laptop getting wet! Water seems to slide right off of it, and the one time I got caught in a downpour hard enough to get through the fabric on the front pocket, even though the fabric was damp, nothing inside got wet at all! I havent had to fly with it yet, but I have traveled on the road with it, and it was easy to pack everything I needed into it, and I was still able to grab most things out of it easily without having to rummage through. I have mainly used this as my bag to bring to work with notebooks and basic things and, more importantly, for Dungeons and Dragons. For DMing or playing, I can fit everything, thats my laptop, all of my books, maps, binders of notes, dice, my DM screen, my box of miniatures, my dice tray, and snacks into it without ever having trouble getting it zipped. I love this backpack so much.

UPDATE: adding 1 star for Outstanding customer service! The seller contacted me after I posted my review offering a refund or replacement. The Amazon return window had already closed; it was 4.5 months after purchase. Within a few days a new backpack was delivered. Hopefully the new will not come apart. The backpack seemed well made and is very spacious. It was used by a high schooler for books. After only 4 months of use, the shoulder strap had begun to come apart as has the side strap that crosses over the side pocket and clips in front. Pics attached. For the price, I would have expected the item to last a while longer. I will be lucky if it makes it through one semester or half a school year. Disappointing.

Great backpack. Meets my needs.

This is a huge backpack. It is perfect for short trips with lots of useful dividers, pockets, etc. Unfortunately, I barely started using it so I have no idea of its durability, sturdiness, etc. It appears to be of high quality construction but how it performs under normal use is the only true barometer. I hope its the backpack Ive been hoping for. I use it for traveling on a weekly basis between jobs in different states. I always have some things I take back and forth (laptop, earphones, electronics, etc.) and often have other things that I haul one way. This backpack has a very large capacity and would be perfect for carrying enough clothes, toiletries, etc. for several days quite easily. Fully packed, I dont believe it would fit easily under a plane seat and may need to be stored in an overhead compartment.

I am writing to update my original post where I expressed disappointment with the original product. After review submission, Customer Service immediately reached out to me to assist me with my purchase. The backpack offers the generous inside space, convenient openings for the laptop cord, and a cool stylish look. My son loved the backpack and jumped at the offer for a replacement!

If you are looking for a heavy duty bag this one seems to be it. Plenty of pockets and space to store all of your items.

Wished it had chest strap. Other that that it is perfect!
