Bought the backpack on 8/15 and now on 9/21, backpack is ripped. Can’t return for refund or exchange as it’s over the 30 days deadline. Very bad quality. Can’t believe it! 9/25 - I couldn’t believe someone from the company reached out and resent me the backpack. I am in shock and awe. Thank you for standing behind your product! Greatly appreciate the company sent out the backpack within 2 days. We just received the backpack so thank you! 10/10- so far the product haven’t shown any sign of issue. Hoping this backpack will last till end of school year, 06/2023.

Replaced my jansport bifg student backpack that I used for traveling with this one and I love it. Tons of space and pockets. Has luggage strap which is great. So far has worked perfectly. Seems very durable. Zippers are solid and work flawlessly. Love this backpack. Has made traveling a lot easier.

I took this for two weeks to another country where I needed my phone to work all day and night etc. It did everything it was supposed to do and more. I would recommend this especially if you have a laptop youre carrying round with you. It fits everything and offers good protection for most things.

It’s super roomy and I’m able to fit all of my usual one to two day travel clothes and light video gear inside. Be careful though if you have a larger laptop. Not that it won’t fit; it fits my 16” MacBook Pro with plenty of space left but the zippers can come undone if you are running, like I did sprinting through the airport one time. To solve this, just be sure to close your bag with the zippers on either side of the backpack, not the top. It’s not made from the best quality materials but if you don’t abuse it, it should last quite a while. I’ll update this if anything breaks…

Updated 1/12/23: a couple days after I posted my original review, the company reached out to resolve the issue. They offered a full refund or a replacement backpack. My son opted for the replacement because he really does love the design of the backpack. The replacement arrived a couple days later, and the company followed up to ensure it was received. I have to applaud their outreach and support for their customers. I raised my score to a 4 because I can’t yet speak to the durability of the new bag, but I’m super pleased with how the seller handled the issue and thought it would be helpful for others to know how they stand by their product and support their customers. I was waiting to write a review to see if this bag would hold up as I had hoped it would. Unfortunately it didn’t. The space, compartments, and design of this bag is great, and my son loved it as his school bag since we purchased in the end of September 2022, but by mid-December 2022, the seam on the strap has ripped, and I suspect he’ll be down to one working strap soon. In the past, I’ve gotten backpacks through a company that offers lifetime guarantees of their products, but when he outgrew the last one, I took a chance on this bag after reading reviews about its durability, and I’m sorry to say it was a mistake.
