> 3 dayYou can tell it is not an official Apple Product, but it is a good replacement. The added tools are good to have, though I am not sure what the knife is for. Not really needed for this project. I am getting some ghost touches from time to time, but I have been researching and there may be a special kind of tape I need to install to fix that. It seems to be common with these replacement screens.

> 3 dayEverything works fine except for the home button. I’m not sure if I did something wrong or the home button assembly was defective. It worked before I installed and now it doesn’t. It could be my fault, but not sure. It also took days for this item to ship. I eventually got impatient and tried to cancel, but it wouldn’t let me because it was “processing for shipment” even though it hadnt actually shipped. That went on for at least ~3-4 days before being shipped and another ~3-4 days after that to actually get o me. Other than that, everything was fine. Update: they offered to send me another one just in case the one I got was defective. Customer service has been great so far. I’ll update once again when I installed it.

> 3 dayI got this screen to replace the screen of an iPad mini 1. The whole package comes with all the accessories needed for the screen replacement. The instruction paper is clear and easy to understand, you can look up videos online to see the step to step. One note, at the end, when putting on the replacement screen, after peeling off the double sided tape, you should also use the glue tube comes with the screen. Without the glue, the screen can detach again and detach the digitizer by itself, which can lead to losing the touch functionality. Customer services from JPUNG is amazing. The screen touch function stopped working after a few days post-replacement. I contacted JPUNG customer services and they replied within a day. What happened was the digitizer was detached by itself, so I just needed to remove the digitizer and reattach it--the screen is now working perfectly. I have fixed laptops, MacBooks, iPhone, and iPad before from replacing batteries to screen and motherboards. The material and the screen sending from JPUNG is top notch quality and I am very satisfied with the replacement screen. Highly recommended this seller and hope the screen will work for the years to come.

> 3 dayThis thing is junk, don’t buy, I am one of those that never write reviews, I installed it correctly and as others mentioned you have to look a video up because the included directions are terrible and incomprehensible, after installing and starting iPad literally half of the screen doesn’t work, you have to flip upside down to get the “ slide to unlock” on the other side of the screen to unlock it, then when open nearly the entire screen has dead zones, don’t buy it, find another one

Greater than one weekThis does not have adhesive pre installed. It comes with a tube of rubber cement. That’s fine - and probably better to seal the screen - but not what is advertised. Also, my sleep/wake function doesn’t work anymore. Probably from too much rubber cement along the edge of the screen. Small gripes considering the screen was shattered and now works again. Just FYI.
