Greater than one weekI got this screen to replace the screen of an iPad mini 1. The whole package comes with all the accessories needed for the screen replacement. The instruction paper is clear and easy to understand, you can look up videos online to see the step to step. One note, at the end, when putting on the replacement screen, after peeling off the double sided tape, you should also use the glue tube comes with the screen. Without the glue, the screen can detach again and detach the digitizer by itself, which can lead to losing the touch functionality. Customer services from JPUNG is amazing. The screen touch function stopped working after a few days post-replacement. I contacted JPUNG customer services and they replied within a day. What happened was the digitizer was detached by itself, so I just needed to remove the digitizer and reattach it--the screen is now working perfectly. I have fixed laptops, MacBooks, iPhone, and iPad before from replacing batteries to screen and motherboards. The material and the screen sending from JPUNG is top notch quality and I am very satisfied with the replacement screen. Highly recommended this seller and hope the screen will work for the years to come.

> 3 dayThe description is very misleading. This only comes with the the glass for the iPad. It does not come with the digitizer. I was lucky enough to use my old one still to make this work.

> 3 dayEverything works fine except for the home button. I’m not sure if I did something wrong or the home button assembly was defective. It worked before I installed and now it doesn’t. It could be my fault, but not sure. It also took days for this item to ship. I eventually got impatient and tried to cancel, but it wouldn’t let me because it was “processing for shipment” even though it hadnt actually shipped. That went on for at least ~3-4 days before being shipped and another ~3-4 days after that to actually get o me. Other than that, everything was fine. Update: they offered to send me another one just in case the one I got was defective. Customer service has been great so far. I’ll update once again when I installed it.

> 3 dayVery happy that I was successful replacing an iPad screen for the first time. A trick I learned with the adhesive was to use heat gun at the end also and apply pressure for several hours with a book and a 5 lb weight. Only suggestion would be that the company should link to recommended instructional videos.

> 3 dayThe instructions were incomplete and illegible. They had poor directions and bad pictures that were scrambled with no clear course. Halfway through instructions it drops off and you are left contacting wires and and removing coverage. If not for an internet video I would have been lost. The glue doesnt hold that well and there was no instructions on where and how to apply. The screen is great. It is clear and bright. The digitizer works great except around the edges; they need a little extra contact. For the price, I might buy again just so I dont have to gamble with another product.
