First time use and the medium sized suitcase cracked to the point of not being able to be used again. Large suitcase also cracked and the wheel fell off!

I bought this luggage new but the default 0,0,0 pin did not work. I had to make 771 combination attempts to finally find the one that works. The bag where the wheels should be was also opened. At least it works.

Interior zipper broken. Sturdy wheels. No lock code provided. No keys provided.

The suitcase is very light, the capacity is quite large, the color is beautiful, the shell material is hard, if the consignment is not easy to be crushed.

Not sewn well. Not reinforced.

It keeps your items secure and it has TSA lock.

This product did not even make it through a full trip. When I arrived to my destination the wheel from the luggage was broken off. The luggage now has only 3 wheels and unable to stand. Definitely not worth the price for this.

I’ve learned my lesson - there are few shortcuts in luggage. Two of the three pieces (small & large) are in the trash after three uses. The zipper on the carryon split open; the stitching on the large suitcase came undone. Lightweight, yes. Sturdy and durable, no.

I was pleasantly surprised by this great suitcase. I purchased 2 different bags last year that were hard sides and both cracked after only 3 airline trips down by the wheels. I read later that when choosing a suitcase, make sure it is sturdy enough to survive a 6-foot drop. This case is attractive but sturdy. It arrived within 2 days. For the low price, I think this is a great purchase.
