They break so easy from the wheels bottom

This product was a gift for Xmas… when opened i noticed there was a small crack in the base near the wheels. Not a HUGE deal because it’s still usable but definitely not pleased that for the price it came damaged.

I replaced my old suitcases with this modern updated set!!! Very light weight and looks great ! I had a problem with a couple of wheels but the company quickly replaced them at no charge …. Great colors too !

First time use and the medium sized suitcase cracked to the point of not being able to be used again. Large suitcase also cracked and the wheel fell off!

Used once and the handle broke

I purchased this set with high hopes. The first time I used the small suitcase as a carry on one of the wheels quit working and the inside zipper ripped and broke. The seller was great and sent a replacement pretty quickly. Now, several months later, I used the middle sized case and again a wheel has broken in half. Nice looking, light weight luggage but durability is a serious concern.

The suitcase is very light, the capacity is quite large, the color is beautiful, the shell material is hard, if the consignment is not easy to be crushed.

Took this bag to California for a long trip and it worked great more than enough room feels lightweight but sturdy airlines did not beat it up too much like it a lot.Got the 28 inch bag its great also easy to pull into the airport.
