> 3 dayThis suitcase was exactly what I needed! I had an issue with one wheel due to a rough baggage handler and was sent two replacement wheels immediately. I definitely recommend!

Greater than one weekOne of the wheels easily fell off and ripped part of the material after the first time using it. Although it’s a nice looking suitcase, it’s very cheap quality and will not last.

> 3 dayI was pleasantly surprised by this great suitcase. I purchased 2 different bags last year that were hard sides and both cracked after only 3 airline trips down by the wheels. I read later that when choosing a suitcase, make sure it is sturdy enough to survive a 6-foot drop. This case is attractive but sturdy. It arrived within 2 days. For the low price, I think this is a great purchase.

> 3 dayI love the set, but it doesnt last at all. The inside stitching came apart, it ripped, and the handle will not go up anymore. I realized it is worth it to get a well made suitcase set, so it last.

> 3 dayI travel at least once a month. After its first trip through baggage handling, one of the solid plastic side footers broke off, leaving a screw sticking out that couldnt be removed from the inside because the liner is sewn into the suitcase and there is no zipper access to the components that are secured form the inside. A few more trips and another footer broke off, and another screw sticking out. A couple more trips and the suitcase wall was cracked from the upper broad side and up over the top of the suitcase near the handle. Cracked all the way thru. The material its made from is just a bit too flimsy. I knew it from the moment I got it, but figured Id get fair miles out of it. Not really... only lasted 6 or 7 months. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for. I replaced this $90 pennywise suitcase with a $200 Samsonite at Costco and am much happier with the price-to-performance. Eventually they all break, but this one just didnt stand up to typical baggage handling.

14-04-2025I love this suitcase. Its been on several trips so far, none through an airport yet, but wheels are holding up, and I can pick a lot into it. Only issue now is apparently Ive forgotten my code (although Im honestly pretty sure I know it???) And now cant unlock it. One side is in and one is out, and I guess Im screwed. This sucks. Hope someone can help because I cant find the company online or a website.
