So my first screen had a problem, but they sent me a replacement and it works like a charm. I’m honestly pretty happy with the result.

Need to come with instructions instead of having to search you tube for the correct install video

Easy Installation specially because it brings the precut Adhesive This Item is highly recommended

I like that it came with eveiyou need beside the heat gun. Adhesion was good. Screen was awesome and was much easy to install.

Getting the adhesions off are a pain but otherwise it was easy.

For the price, the screen replacement works well with the exception of the iPad home button will not work. Worked fine if the screen was not secured. Once secured, it will not work. A touch home button was placed on the screen itself which serves the purpose. Able to drag the home button to any location on screen to remove it from an area on the screen that is being used and needs an unobstructed view. The iPad it was applied to is an old one, so this works fine as a spare.

This was really easy to do yourself. Watched a few YouTube videos so I’d have a better idea of what to expect. Install of the new display was easy. Nice to have the tools, even though I had some already from doing an iPhone repair. If you have patience, some good light, you can save yourself $$$ doing the replacement yourself.

This digitizer didnt come with a plastic bevel, so at first I couldnt figure out why there was such a big gap between the digitizer and the ipad frame. Plus the home button cable didnt stay seated into the connection point after it was locked in. So about the 5 time of trying to get the home button cable to stay locked in, I ended up breaking the digitizer itself. It was very frustrating.

Easy to install but it should have glue in there because some parts need to be glued back together. However, the price is very cheap. Other than that a great product.

This product seems to be identical as the original, but the connector to the digitizer is much thicker when placed under a microscope. I was able to reinstall the original to compare. The original fit easily into the connector, and this one did not. Unfortunately it took me a while to attempt the install and now we are now outside the return window. Not worth the money and the delay in repairing the unit.
