> 3 dayI actually order these four at a time. They are the only comb my husband will use (once he got over the price) because they dont tear his hair or scalp with use. Unfortunately, my husband will usually bust out the teeth within six months. I think this is because he carries it in his pocket all day, every day, but it is sharing pocket space with his Swiss Army knife, many coins, the occasional spare electronic part, and God knows what else. Yep, hes an engineer. Since these take several weeks to get here, I have learned to keep an eagle eye open to see just how many teeth are currently missing on the comb du jour (du months?) and sneak a new one onto his dresser as needed, hence the need for a stash of them. Hes well worth the investment, though.

> 3 dayI have used Ace combs for my entire life. I made the mistake recently of thinking it was a good idea to replace the (3) I have had for years. I tossed the old ones out then bought the replacements. The NEW version of the Ace combs is plastic (not hard rubber like the old version) and they hurt your scalp to use them. They dig in and hurt. I was very disappointed. I tossed them out and researched other combs. These Kent combs cost more than the Ace versions but they are great. Its sad when an old stand-by favorite such as Ace has dropped its standards so far after all these years. One more old classic that has fallen by the wayside. These Kent combs are really nice. I dont think you would be disappointed with them.

> 3 dayIm gonna be very honest, I came very close to returning this comb. Not because of the comb itself but because I was a dummy and ordered the wrong size. Now, theres now way I will return this comb. If anything I will just buy another one. Im used to the cheap combs you can get at the dollar store, never really gave much thought to buying a comb that cost more than $2. This is the smoothest, strongest comb I have ever used and probably the last comb I will ever buy. Its not very big, but it does have a big of a slippery feel to it. While my hair has thinned out a bit, it is still pretty thick and I never have any issues with it getting through my hair. Even better it doesnt scratch the hell out of my head when Im combing my hair. I love this thing, if you are thinking of buying this just hit the add to cart button and buy it. Its worth it.

> 3 dayVery happy with purchase. Quality from packaging which I saved because it was very well made to the comb itself was extremely well made. The combs are thicker than I expected which is a plus from something flimsy. I have only used it for about a week and I would say this wide tooth Kent comb is was perfect in design and features. A bit on the pricier side of combs but you do get what you paid for.

> 3 dayIts a decent comb when my beard is wet, but DRY it tends to snag my hair if Im not careful. Even with beard oil in my hair! My wooden beard comb does not do this. The teeth are slightly closer together than my beard comb which it does help make my beard look fuller. I like that it sits in my pocket well and dont even notice its there. If I had to choose one or the other to carry on me, I would stick with the wooden one and use the Kent for when I get out of the shower.

> 3 dayThese combs are of such good quality and sturdiness. I also really adored their packaging that you get with these. This will probably be the last comb I ever buy!

> 3 dayGreat comb! Ive had Kent combs in the past, but long ago when I had a head full of hair. Ive been bald for seemingly decades, but have a huge beard. Until recently, Id been using cheap 99 cent combs without a worry in the world. I got a Kent comb, to try to be kinder to the beard, and couldnt believe the difference! It glides through the hair, no pulling, just smooth. I promptly threw away all of the cheap combs I had, and am ordering more of these to keep around. Its on the upper end of what Id call a pocket comb, but its no longer than a cell phone, so its fine in the jeans pocket.

> 3 dayI have given them to friends and family and kept four of them for myself. I love these combs. It’s a smooth glide through hair and so satisfying. Nice to know the combs are made of a type of bio plastic. Very different then than molded combs That have a seam that hitches at your hair when you comb through your hair.

Greater than one weekI am a guy with thick black hair that comes down just past my eyes. When Im showering I find that I greatly benefit from a comb that will help distribute the shampoo and conditioner evenly through my hair. Everyone should do this and assuming you do, this comb comes highly recommended. I never comb my hair when its dry due to thickness so I cant comment on that, but I love this comb for how I use it. The size, weight, teeth length, teeth distance, and appearance are all great. I would guess that for someone with a sensitive scalp, the teeth might be a little too hard and irritating. For everyone else, assuming you arent using excessive force, it feels like a very mild (and somewhat pleasing) scratch. Put some conditioner on your hands, blot it onto your hair, comb it through, leave it in for a few minutes, and watch how healthy it will look.
