Handsome comb that does the job. I’ve been growing my hair out for the first time and it manages to get the knots out without breaking any hairs. I’ll only lose 1-2 hairs whereas other combs would yank out at least a half dozen during a combing. I’ll probably buy another one for travel I’m that smitten.

This is the same kent comb as the Kent Mens thick/coarse beard comb. It cost me 50% less than the same thing from Amazon just labeled for a beard. The quality is undeniable. My beard, which is extremely coarse and hardcore enjoys being tamed by the comb. It doesnt yank out hair like other plastic ones do since it is smoothly cut and not mold dipped etc. This is the first and only Comb Ive ever spent any money on and it is true, you do get what you pay for. In this case, it is quality. If this one breaks (which it doesnt seem likely for a long time as it is thick and sturdy, like my beard) then I would get another.

Ive had my Kent FOT comb for about 4 years now. Its done an amazing job with my short beard, but I decided to go big beard status and the smooth as butter glide wasnt working out as well. I have a fairly thick and wavy beard. Today I got my Kent 12T and the first pass through my larger beard, since Im growing it, gave me that same smooth as butter pass through that I got with the FOT comb and a shorter beard. I absolutely love it and its simple things like this that urge me to keep growing. Kent combs are just different in all the best ways.

I just wanted something nice. that would comb my hair well. I am not a hipster, I dont have a beard either. I just wanted a comb that would work for a middle aged white guys blonde (high folical count) hair. Whelp it works fine, no issue with it, and it didnt get sticky or gunked up if I use gel or something. So other than the price, its not bad.

Just feels better than any other comb, totally worth a couple extra bucks. I give this as a cheap gift-for-no-reason to friends and family that have been using crappy 99¢ combs all their lives. And if youre still reading... random piece of knowledge on why it feels different: It is made out of acetate rather than injection plastic. Acetate (which really is also plastic) is heavier and denser than injection plastic and so it gives a real sense of weight in your hand. Acetate must be carved from a solid slab rather poured into molds. This is a common difference in sunglasses. If you have a $5 pair, they are likely injection plastic, and if you have a greater than $50 pair they are likely acetate. It takes more money to carve out individual components rather than just mass produce using injection molds. (That being said, were all still gouged by the sunglass makers) If you have pairs at both sides of spectrum tap them with your finger nail or try both on back to back. That expensive feel just acetate. FWIW my favorite looking pair of sunglasses is cheap, I just cant stand how light the feel sometimes.

Bought this to use in the shower for combing conditioner through my hair. Works great for this purpose, but also for styling! Teeth are nicely rounded at the tips so it doesnt scratch and its a perfect, compact size for travel.

If youre like me you probably take your combs for granted. a quick pass through your hair and its job is done. Not much to think about. I originally bought one of these because I fell short of free shipping on an order. This comb was a pleasant surprise. Doesnt pull and just feels better when you use it. I have a few now so Im never without. The comb material looks like it might shed teeth in your pocket but Ive never damaged one and Im generally hard on equipment. Try it, youll like it.

It does a good job at combing through and untangling my extremely thick and wild beard. Supposedly these Kent combs better for your beard hair because they dont rip the hair out or something. I dont know about that, but it does work well. The spacing of the combs teeth allows it to comb through my beard. I do think that it is overpriced. I mean after all it is just a comb, and paying over $10 for a comb seems a little ridiculous, but this thing is the gold standard for beardsmen. I suppose this is what allows Kent to snag $10 for a comb.

I never thought I would love a comb so much. I bought 2 small ones to try...but ended up buying a few more just to have on hand. very well made, great quality, and pretty :-)
