I bought these for my sons as they were getting older and needed something a little bit nicer than the drugstore combs that are bent and missing teeth. They seem sturdy, well made, and attractive.

Yes, its expensive, but I think its worth it. For the first time I can comb my hair in the morning and the comb is NOT full of my hair. Amazing. I thought my hair was falling out because Im 65 years old. Every morning, Id comb my hair, with the typical plastic comb you buy at any store, and there would be 20 - 30 hairs in the comb. The first morning with this wonderful comb and there was No hair in it. No hair in the comb!!! I had to put my readers on to make sure I wasnt going blind. Im ordering a second for my travel bag. Ive already purchased two of the 4 inch pocket combs. (This was a mistake as I only need one pocket comb, but hey, now I have a backup in case I misplace my pocket comb, which usually goes through the washer once a month.)

Its just a comb, I thought, how much different could it possibly be from my other one? Oh how wrong I was. Kent, evidently a comb that shares a humans name, is not just your ordinary cheap-plastic-run-your-fingers-through-it-and-make-that-funny-noise kind of comb. Its solid. Handcrafted. It feels heavy and the comb teeth are sharp enough to actually poke and prod at your skull in potentially painful positions. As a relative newcomer to the world of combs, I was surprised a comb of this quality even existed. Throw away whatever cheap comb youre using right away, if it came in a set with some limp scissors and other assorted hair products, it will never live up to the majesty of Kent. Kent would never snag your hairs and make you hurt, Kent would never lose teeth, Kent can comb thick hair, thin hair, long hair, short hair, curly hair, frizzy hair and probably even your dogs hair if you wanted him to. Kent is what you need in your life.

Like this product. It does not hurt my head. It gives a soft feeling to my head and hair.

These Kent combs are really a step up from ordinary combs. More substantial than other combs and I have no fear of it breaking. Exceptionally well made and teeth are very smooth. Hair is not damaged by mold marks or ridges on the teeth. The comb eases through tangled well. Highly recommended, particularly for people with delicate hair. I have a smaller pocket comb as well which convinced me to get this one. Would buy again if I ever need to.

Awesome craftsmanship. Doesnt hurt the head at all. Even my 3 year old loves getting his hair combed with it.
