Greater than one weekWe recently had a bad clog crop up with our kitchen sink. The plumber had to snake the clog and $240 later our drain works great. He highly suggested a couple of things: 1) to buy a sink strainer basket like the one with this listing and 2) dont put food items down the disposal. He said all food items should go in trash and not down disposal. He said a strainer basket like the one we purchased with this listing was great as it trapped everything due to it having the edge on sides that goes over the sink hole. We just got this item and it looks beautiful for what it is - and fits perfectly in our sink - so it looks nice and works great at trapping all the items that shouldnt be going down the drain to prevent a future clog. I bought this one over others I saw on amazon.com because it has the wire handle to easily lift it out of the sink. I have the box in front of me that it came in and it states below: Outer diameter 4.5; Inner diameter 3 18/8 stainless steel Strong and sturdy With handle; easy to use Rust free; dishwasher safe We are very pleased with this purchase!

> 3 dayI am very impressed by the product. I dont want to spend 10 something dollars on the sink strainer, but the dollar store ones kept on either breaking apart or was not working properly.. so I finally gave in and bought one. It was so so worth it!! There is written instruction in Japanese, and it is sturdy and doesnt move around. The handle does not easily picked up by the glove worn fingers but I like that it is strong enough to hold itself down and wont let food slide by. It is bit pricey so I hope it lasts longer.. and this is April, 2022, it still looks the same and works great!

> 3 dayOverall easy to use and effective. Small scraps get caught between the holes and it’s hard to clean. Might have to buy disposable mesh nets to help. Overall good product for the price.

> 3 dayJust what I was looking for. Had them a few months now and since my sinks get heavily used these see multi daily use. They fit well and holding up nicely.

> 3 dayWe had an older drain thing that was more like flimsy bendable mesh and over time smaller particles would accumulate in the mesh that was impossible to clean without using a brush (which defeats the whole purpose). It got to a point where the mesh was breaking loose and stabbing us in the finger every time we tried to take it out to dump the contents. I kind of expect this to be made of the same material, and was pleasantly surprised this is hard metal, super sturdy, and even comes with a little holder thing so you dont have to dig your fingers into the plate around the mesh cup to pull it out from the drain and touch all that grossness. The measurements are exactly as shown and worked for our sink perfectly. Im so impressed with the quality! Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend.

> 3 dayThese sink strainers are perfect. They fit well into the drain and dont allow anything to pass by down the sides. The handle makes it easy to remove and carry to the trash can. Emptying in the trash can is simple.

> 3 dayGreat product and quick shipping. My sink looks awesome and the strainers are easy to clean! I love the stainless steel…it won’t melt or tear and drains easily. Getting 2 for a great price was a huge plus…I can put one in the dish washer and use the other one.

> 3 dayI love these. They are so much easier to catch stuff that you don’t want to go down the drain than are regular sink strainers. They are a fine enough mesh to catch even small particles yet still let the water drain through. And they have handles to pull them up out of the drain even though they lift out easily without them. Great buy!!
