The strainer works perfectly.

You would think that you could buy a strainer at Walmart and have it be comparable. You get what you pay for. When you take it out of the box you notice the substantial weight that helps keep it in the drain when the water is flowing. I feel that the handle to pull the strainer out of the sink is useless though. Without having a garbage disposal I feel this will help keep my pipes clog free. I shouldnt get this excited about a sink strainer, but it really is something to comment on.

They are very sturdy and well built but they are hard to clean completely out. The ones that look like mesh screening are much better but I think this will last longer. I am going to use them but also order the mesh ones to have on hand.

Works a lot better than the one that comes with the sink. The handle makes dumping the contents easier.

I am very happy with this product. It is very sturdy and I am sure it will last a long time. I love the handle that makes it easy to remove and best of all its dishwasher safe!! I highly recommend this product.
