> 3 dayCuts nails leaving about a 2mm stub. I easily cut nails up to and including 6d and cuts 8d with some effort. Nails much larger than about a 1/10 of an inch in diameter cut more easily with a bolt cutter.

> 3 dayThis tool is worth the extra dollars spent. A few days ago, I tried unsuccessfully to trim some nails exposed in my patio woodwork. The standard nipper I used could not make the cuts, so I decided to splurge on this new tool. I tried the tool on the same job today and it cut like butter down to about 1/64 inch (close enough for me). The job did not harm the tool and I do plan to be very selective in how much pressure I use in the future to make sure my investment stays intact. I recommend this tool. It doesnt disappoint.

> 3 dayIt cuts rusty nails with ease. But it takes quite a bit efforts to cut new and big nails. I used multi tool to cut a notch to weaken it and then used this tool to finish the job.

04-04-2025The way these are designed definitely make making cuts a lot easier, I got them for cutting nails and screws out of baseboard radiators when I can’t get them out, and they work very well with no signs of wear.

> 3 dayThese pliers do the work I bought them for. I pull nails and staples with them. Sometimes I use them for cutting nails and staples. The crown head makes it easy to pull nails with little effort. The grip makes them easy to hold onto and use with one hand.

> 3 dayWorks. A longer handles might be helpful to provide even more leverage. I have to use a large crescent prayer to help me squeeze the handles of the nipper to snip off a #8 SS bolt head.

> 3 dayI have been using then to cut small nail off and weaken 10 penny nails so I can put vice grips on them and back and forth them. Am remodeling an old house. They feel good in your hand. I have not pinched myself with the grips (yet) so I am leaning toward the opinion of good design.
