> 3 dayDidnt live up to the hype for me. But I need to explore other processing options and also try a lens of less contrast.

> 3 dayI love this film, but I do prefer the 160 as I think the colours are sharper. This may just be in my head however!

Greater than one weekI love Portra a lot and really happy its still around. Whenever possible and appropriate its my first choice for film - beautiful skin tones, a pastel like subtlety in the right light that makes film look like film. 400 seems to work really well in English light and has about 2 stops latency for underexposure.

> 3 dayIve shot with a bunch of different film stocks and Kodak Portra is definitely one of my favorites, especially at 400 speed. The colors always come out wonderful and at 400 you can use it in a whole bunch of different lighting conditions and still get a pretty good shutter speed that isnt too slow.
