> 3 dayI ordered this because it says the tape is white and I thought sure can see that easily, however i got it and the tape is baby blue color! I requested a exchange surely something went wrong. The picture shows white and description white so beware if you need the white to se markings better dont buy this one the second one was baby blue color to. Overall it is a nice strudy well made tape but wish it was what i paid for.

> 3 dayEasy to lock with one thumb, grip is very sure, and lock release doesn’t send the tape back in so fast you think you’ll get a laceration. Very good tool. No metric measurements on it at all, so if you need that, no bueno. The blister pack it comes in is a pain to open, however. You’ll either need a screwdriver or a lot of patience.

20-11-2024It is well made. It is wide and sturdy enough so that there is little or no flex to the tape itself. The housing has a rubber coating around it for cushioning should it be dropped. The markings are clear in inches and fractions thereof. Its a little heavy but, then again, its got 25 feet of metal tape wound up in it. For construction work, it will do the job and last for a long time.

> 3 dayI dont know why I thought they would be smaller, but I bought one for my junk drawer because the old one had a kink in it, and I got an extra for my daughter, and then I was almost apologetic about the size of the thing, and it has to be at the bottom of the junk drawer, with nothing under it, otherwise its difficult to close the drawer!

> 3 dayAs a single lady who does DIY projects alone without assistance...I really wanted a long, large print tape measure. Especially one that would snap into place so I could measure large areas. Well it did well on the other points and even the hold in place feature worked well but after a while it just broke (less than 2 years). I’m disappointed but I will say ...I really loved it until that feature broke . Maybe you will have better luck.

> 3 daydoes what it supposed to do and is very sturdy. However, I am 75 and have small hands. Should have taken that into account before picking a tape measure. Is too big and heavy for me. However for most people this would be a perfect choice.

> 3 daySeems like a decent tape measure, unfortunately I did not read the fine print in the description well enough to find out how heavy this tape measure is and how wide it is, at just under 2 inches wide these would be OK I guess for heavy construction but not for fine woodworking because for a tape measure that has only a 1 inch wide blade its just too wide. If youre looking for a tape measure to do woodworking find a smaller lighter tape measure if youre doing large jobs like building a house then these will probably be just fine, the quality does seem to be OK just too big and bulky. I will put them in my toolbox probably not to be used very much and keep looking for a quality lighter easy to read tape measure.
