KPL 18 INCH Leather Briefcase Laptop Messenger Bag Satchel Office computer bag for men and women (18 INCH)

My wife bought me this bag for Christmas and I had not used it enough to really write a product review. Well, now that I have had it a few months I like it so much that I went back to my order history, found it, and wanted to give it a good report. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it would be a great add-on if the little pouch in the front also had a quick clasp like the main flap does.

I’ll only add 1 photo but: I got this bag like a month and a half ago, started wearing it two days ago cause I was letting the smell air out (I prepared for it based on previous reviews). Here you go: 1. It is sturdy. It stands upright and I love that. 2. It is so beautiful, stylish and has an expensive look; it definitely met the “Grad School Professor” aesthetic I was going for. 3. It is spacious. It can hold my laptop, two planners, an umbrella and couple other things. Just trust me. 4. I wish the strap were thicker but it works 4/5. 5. The colour isn’t as dark as online (saw that on reviews too) but I trust it will get dark when worn. I feel like I’ll have it for a very long time. I really love it and I’m very surprised, having and using it now, that it’s s so inexpensive. Thanks, Komal!

I just recieved this bag so i cant attest to durability yet but i am very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and materials upon opening the package. In addition, the bag was carefully packaged and came with a personal letter from the company explaining care and where to connect if there are any issues. I feel confident that this bag will last and will update if my opinion changes with use.

I read the review and was a bit unsure of the quality, but with a good return policy, I decided to take a chance. The bag was very well packed to ensure it arrived undamaged. The leather is good quality and thick. The canvas inside the bag is sturdy and looks great. As noted, the color is a bit bright, not quite orange, but that is what you get with minimally processed real leather. I bought a bottle of leather honey and applied it, it looks fantastic, at least I love the color. As it use it and it gets broken in, I am sure the color with continue to get richer. My only critique is for the band of leather around the flap. It would have been nice had it been one continuous piece, you can see where the pieces over lap, but it Is certainly not a flaw, just a suggestion should a redesign be considered. Again, this bag is definitely built to last and great quality at a very good price. I would buy it again, though I am pretty sure I will never have to. The pictures attached are my actual bag taken with my iPad, but to the eye, the bag is definitely darker. The water spots did come with the bag, but I am ok with them as I want it to look broken in, I imagine it will get more so with use. The seller included a very nice note, with a real signature!, stating he would replace this bag if I was unhappy with it, so I am sure that had this been an issue, it could have been resolved easily. This is a real review, I paid full price for this item and am getting nothing in return for this posting.

Well-made of thick but supple leather with an attractive, lightly-textured surface and subtle color variations. The inner lining of heavy canvas is smooth and very-securely fitted, with all exposed edges bound in leather. Snug fit for a 16 laptop in the reinforced center pocket, with plenty of room for documents and accessories in the two expandable pockets on each side. The center section of the bag expands to a total width between 3 and 4 inches. A total of 3 zipper-closed pockets inside and out, plus, the entire center laptop section is also closed with its own zipper. All zippers are double-stitched throughout. All buckles and fittings are solid brass and securely through-rivetted. Securely packed in waterproof plastic plus a soft fabric bag. No real tanned leather smell or oily surface residue. Overall, a very attractive and well-made multi-function bag, and very good value for money indeed.

The leather bag was purchased primarily to protect my 17.3 in laptop. It suits the bill to perfection.

Im not sure why people complain about the leather smell of the bag when they first get it. I chalk it up to people being so used to fake crap that they dont appreciate the smell of rich leather. This is a bag that can be used for years. Its a mans bag through and through - rugged, functional, and stylish with excellent craftsmanship. This is the type of bag your grandfather would have been proud to carry. If fact, I bet if Nick Offerman were to get one of these, he give it his stamp of approval as well. If youre looking for a man purse, then youre not ready for this bag - best to come back when your testicles drop and youre ready to be an adult. I usually do not leave product reviews, unless the product is crap. However, with this bag, I have to make an exception as this is an outstanding deal. The craftsmanship of the product is phenomenal. The leather is rich and soft, the canvas interior is durable and stylish, and the stitching is exceptionally well done. There are so many compartments! This will make a great bag to keep things organized. I have a 17 Dell laptop that I store in it, and though the laptop is just a hair too wide to go into either of the divided sleeves, it easily fits in the main compartment. No, there arent any pen/pencil holders, but those can easily be placed in the side pocket with the snap. This will make them easier to get to in a pinch anyway. The buckles arent as heavy duty as I would have thought, but they may surprise me, and if they do fail, I will just replace them. I do wish the shoulder strap were a bit thicker, as I can see it getting worn excessively when carrying a heavy load of laptop and textbooks. As far as comfort goes, the bag sits very well with the strap across my chest. The shoulder pad spreads the weight out, so even carrying a heavy load, I dont get a sore neck. The bag sits upright well when not in use, as long as the load is balanced.

You can tell when someone takes pride in their work. I was looking for messenger bag for work and this one caught my eye. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. Opening the box I noticed the way it was packaged. The bag was in a plastic bag, inside a cloth bag, inside another plastic bag. On further inspection of the bag, you could tell someone took pride in their craftsmanship. I look forward to many years of use.
