> 3 dayPros: Sound very good for the price. Well worth the money Ear fit is very good with standard earbuds. I did purchase iso foams tips also just in case Cable has nice length. Well balanced Highs and Mids. can take Very heavy bass. Cons Bass can be a little boomy (could use a little compression) need the behind the ear stablizer slider to keep the cord from dangling behind your head.(annoying) didnt come with a 3.5 mm to 1/4 adapter.

> 3 dayThese in-the-ear monitors sound good. They fit OK for not being custom molded ITE’s. Sturdy wires. You can upgrade to stronger wires. Almost as good as my molded ITE’s which I paid more than 5 times the price.

> 3 dayThe individual notes on bass guitar are clearly distinct. The decay of top hat cymbals and oh yes hearing lyrics clearly on 20 to 40 year old rock favorites such a treat. A little fatiguing if played too loud... Have to buy dongle thanks Samsung Apple

> 3 dayListening to music with them right now and Im happy. Comfortable for three hours now. Sound like a 200$+ pair of over ear headphones, good treble and midrange, lacks deep bass but mid bass like drums are clear. Not for bass heads. No fatigue after 3 hours of listening. Recommended for a clean flat sound.

> 3 dayThese are great. Im actually using them for monitoring in my home studio because normal headphones hurt the tops of my ears after a while as I wear glasses. The volume and clarity is amazing. I could hear a clock ticking through them which Id never heard before in the room with normal headphones. I couldnt find the clock anywhere but could still hear it. Then I was just sorting out my gig gear which was in the room and opened my pedal box and remembered - I have a small quartz clock in there for onstage. The thing that got me was that this clock was inside the padded metal box holding my pedalboard and on top of that, the metal box was inside another wooden wheeled box and that was under my grand piano! The reason I gave it only 4 rather than 5 is because they dont fit my ears even though there ar 3 types of ear bud. But Ive never been able to wear these sorts of headphones and I can get them on eventually. So - great value for money. And good quality.

> 3 dayKnowledge Zenith deserves an award for if nothing else, making one of the most versatile range of in ear buds for the under 100 dollar range making some truly impressive products. The AS10 is one of their best I have tried. Its small and comfortable, akin to a much smaller earbuds in my ears. Reading the product descriptions in Engrish would make it easy to pass over some of the more incredible claims as puffing.... but these for the most part are delivered upon in ways you wouldnt believe given their price point. Perhaps though the nice thing that even sets them apart from ear buds I liked Ive worn up to 10 times their price (Shure 530s, Klipsch x11is) is you arent limited to a stock chord that if it fails you have a ruined pair of buds. I remember being a teen and going back and forth in high school trying to find the buds I liked best shopping at fye and getting skull candy and the like, trying to find the ones I liked the sound of best, Id find some durable, some sounded good but would fall apart fairly quickly, some would have tips that were non conformist and were almost impossible to replace.... it was a mess. These you can swap out the chord for one more suited to you (you can even get microusb and lightning depending on your phone or get a Bluetooth chord, if you go for the Bluetooth though my advice for now at least steer clear of the one KZ makes that sadly is not very good for keeping a stable connection even several inches away from the unit, its worth a bit of searching to find the neckband Bluetooth upgrade cable which is excellent). As for appearance the AS10s are rather striking looking, it might cause a jaw drop to some when you gave the price point (especially if you let them know that after you let them have a listen to them). They fit comfortably in my ear being about the perfect size for a medium ear, feeling only a bit bigger then my Klipsch X7is which are a fairly small single driver driven earbud in their own right, KZ packed 5 ba drivers into these buds! The translucent color lets you see a circuit board inside which I find reminiscent of the 90s when Gameboy Color had the translucent cases on the Gameboy color only games which let you see the guts of the game. The plastic housing feels solid and sturdy. The included chord is also a nice construction if only one complaint a bit thin for the ear wires but still more solid then a lot of wires you cant replace (Im looking at you Klipsch with the X11i, for that price it shouldnt feel like I need to take precautions to use it to prevent chord damage, even the x7i is superior there). As for the most important part about the AS10s, the sound... How do they sound? Incredible, considering skullcandy used to put out some single dynamic driver products back in the day at twice this price that would fall appart so often they would discontinue the line to get out of their limited lifetime warranties they had on products expensive to manufacture, these sound significantly better. They arent sub bass intense but will give you more then adequate bass, the mids too are clear and natural. Highs are comfortable and comfortable as well. Overall the sound produced is rich and warm. If you do find some concerns with the sound, they respond well to equalizers which are readily available for phones and computers letting you to tweek the sound to what you want. One recommendation though for getting the maximum amount of sound out of the unit, get some foam ear tips, the stock silicone tips included dont provide the best seal. In conclusion, these are an easy choice, they sound fantastic, look fantastic, give you an incredible amount of control over how you wear them and cost less then a 100 dollars. If you care about audio to be pursuing the best sound from earbuds you can get, chances are you will blow more then the cost of these anyway on pricier options that in some cases wont even hold up to them. If you look you can often find them for less then 50 dollars.

> 3 dayIf you are a normal person who just wants better sound for your music and movies, look no further. For three times the price of your EarPods, these will provide your extra money’s worth in sound quality. You can power these perfectly from your phone alone without needing any external power amplification. In many ways, these sound better than my $200 AirPod Pros. But just know you’re sacrificing some convenience and comfort of the AirPods for the better sound quality of the AS10. But if you are a social outcast like me, aka audiophile, then read on: -Comfort: It’s fine. My ears are average in everything, I used the medium tips and they fit and isolate sound just fine. You need them properly inserted so you can hear the sound spacing properly, but they’re not difficult to adjust. -Build quality: It’s okay. Not as fancy as a $520 Moondrop variations but for the price you can’t complain. They’ll last probably as long as you’re alive, which is what matters. Included cable: It’s my favorite cable in terms of quality. I really love the texture and low stiffness. It doesn’t make any sound when it rubs against my beard or belly (huge belly people, this is for you). My only nitpick is that it’s a 3.5mm, which is good for most cases, but I had to switch it for a 4.4mm balanced cable for my own uses. -Sound staging: For this I used my HD650 as a benchmark, and to be honest there are a few things these headphones do better, to my surprise. The better handling of the lower frequencies gives more room for the headphones to set the soundstage and everything sounds subjectively better than it does on my HD650. These still sound less good than the HD650, but they sound 80% as good for only 20% the price, which you can’t complain about. The bass feels in the front, with the mids sitting slightly behind, and the treble screaming right against your eardrum (I’ll talk about this bellow). Set-up: these headphones aren’t amp or dac picky. But all my amps are solid state, so maybe a valve amp will sound different. Frequency (Bass): Graphs don’t tell you everything so I’ll focus on what my ears perceive. The bass of these headphones are better than anything I have heard bellow $300 dollars. The next headphones that come anywhere close to these are the Moondrop Blessing 2 Dusk, which are 5 times the price of this. The bass is present, clear, accurate, but doesn’t bleed into the mids, doesn’t make the sound feel muddy or boomy. Well done KZ, I appluad you for the amazing low frequency driver. This has potential to replace all DDs out there for me. And the sub bass is just *chef’s kiss*. My only issue is that the powerful low frequencies feel ticklish to my ear drums sometimes. They physically resonate with the entire tissue of the ear drum which is funny feeling, but it’s no way a deal breaker. I’d rather feel the tickling than have them tune down the Bass. Frequency (Mids): This is a V shaped set up, so the mids are lower than everything else, with a dip around the 500-1khz range. But they’re so accurate, clear, and present. They just take a small step back to let the Bass be the star of the show. But they’re not sacrificed in any other way, which is what you want out of a V shaped tuning. Frequency (treble): this is where they messed up. Once you pass the 2khz mark, you start leaving the gates of heaven and entering the gates of hell. The treble is so harsh sometimes, there’s also some sibilance and distortion that makes things worse. If the Bass sounds like it’s coming from a $300 headphone, the treble sounds like it’s coming from bootleg $15 earphones. The issue is you can’t fix it with an EQ properly because the bad sound comes in spikes and is not consistent across the treble range. The sound from 2khz to 12khz is hell, then it dips and comes back again to attack your ears at 19KHz. The problem is I’m still 26 years old and can hear frequencies up to 19,700Hz, so the badly tuned noises above 19KHz are highly audible to me. I’m sure the engineers in KZ don’t care about those because they probably can’t hear them, but please KZ fix your high frequency sound for the young people who can hear it. We are your target demographic since older audiophiles usually are better off and go into the more expensive market. Summary: Amazing headphones with the best tuned bass and subbass. The only issue is the treble (especially between 2-12khz and 19KHz+) where it needs a -3db retune, preferably with a treble dampener.

> 3 dayThese things are great. I use them on stage (guitarist) they’re really good. You’ll have to take one out of you want to hear what anybody is saying to you. They are also good as earbuds. Not quite the bass response as the apple earbuds but, they are still good (volume is a little better on these than the apple ones, though.
