LAMY LT52GR Bottle Ink, Green

Great ink, doesnt bleed through normal notebook paper. The blotting paper doesnt really work but other than that its a great purchase

I am using this in a Lamy Safari pen, which is not an expensive fountain pen. I immediately noticed that the ink has a nice lubricating quality that lets the pen glide nicely across the paper. Its a definite upgrade from the cartridge ink. It dries very fast and leaves a very nice line on the paper. Im not seeing any feathering on regular inexpensive notebook paper. On top of all of that, its also a really nice blue that stands out on the paper nicely. The blotter strips are convenient for refilling and wiping the excess off the pen barrel. Very good quality ink for the price!

I admit to being an inkophile, and this is my favorite blue. Its bright enough without being too bright for formal use. The ink flows well through my Lamy Fine nibs. I use Moleskine and Leuchtturm and Field Notes notebooks, and they all accept this ink very well. Some reviewers of those notebooks complain that they dont handle fountain ink well, but I have been able to write on both sides of the pages in all of those notebooks with no bleed-through and no noticeable show-through using my Fine-nib Lamy Safari pens; the ink is drying immediately, so theres no need to delay closing the notebook--at least when using this ink in a climate with only moderate humidity.

Very deep crisp blue. Ordered for the Lamy Safary Fountain Pen (extra-fine) and it works really well with it. Writes very smooth and the bottle looks good on my desk :)

When I first bought my LAMY 2000, I made nothing short of coming to buy some of the company’s own ink. I received what I expected and was pleased with how well it writes on even cheap paper. The ink pairs perfectly with the LAMY line and even others, such as my recently acquired Jinhao 159. The ink is mostly wet, but enough for it to have a fast dry time as well—excellent product.

As usual, perfect. Nice color and the bottle suits the pen perfectly.

The blotting paper helps with cleaning. Lots of reviews had said that the ink is a little lite in color and they are right.
