LAMY LT52GR Bottle Ink, Green

Pros...great quality ink and great color to boot. The ink is dark and smooth when writing with it. It of course works in any fountain pen, not just lamy pens. Nice tight sealing bottle top with a very accurate colored top to match. I also love the extra detail of the blotting paper on the bottom of the bottle. Comes in very handy when wiping up a bit of ink on the nib of the pen. Only wish it was a bit wider paper to cover more of the pen. Cons...bottle is quite tall and when full the ink gets up on the handle of the fountain pen, not just on the nib. So will need to have the blotting paper or other absorbent material to wipe up the excess ink off the grip of the pen. This makes for a bit more messy refills. I prefer a less high bottle or one with a built in reservoir so that only the nib is submerged into the ink. An example is the Sailor Jentle Ink bottle, this has a plastic reservoir which fills just enough ink to cover the nib, so it doesnt come up onto the pens grip handle. Or perhaps it is my filling technique? Im probably not going to win any Operation games with my unsteady hands.

Great value for the money, really nice color. You just need a basic blue in your collection and this one fits the bill. Will definitely buy this one again when it runs out which it wont for a while. 50ml will last for quite a while.

This ink is a true blue ink. I have bought blue inks before that looked more green than blue. I really like this and my fountain pens are happy again with good quality ink. I will buy it again to keep using with my pens. Absolutely Love it.

The color looks... How to say. This blue is soft and watery, but sharp enough. Recommended. Good ink overall. Love the design of the wipes under the bottle! So sweet!

Works great on all my pens. not watery like other inks. As a bonus, it has this great roll of wipes to clean-up your pen after refill.

A fantastic ink color since the 70s ... yes, that long I have been hooked on this. The volume is almost double the Pelikan, you dont have to tilt the bottle to get the last drop cause it has a well in the middle not to mention the wiping napkins rolled inside in the bottom around the well. . excellent product

This color of Lamy ink is lighter and less dense than I would prefer. Otherwise it suffices for the purpose.

the ink dry really slow and the color is light. not recommended
