> 3 dayI’m glad I purchased the larger size mat for use with two heat devices. Works great. I leave the mat on my vanity all the time. I’m sure it would be good for traveling although not why I purchased.

> 3 dayBought this to protect my counters from the heat from my new flat iron and also to carry the iron while travelling. It works great, and my flat iron just does fit so I can snap the button closed when finished. The only slight draw-back is that its difficult to fit the cord inside the pouch; I just use the velcro tie on the cord and leave it sticking out of the pouch. If travelling, you wouldnt be able to put the still hot flat iron and cord in the pouch, anyway.

> 3 dayI love how you can set your curling iron on it while you’re curling your hair and you don’t have to worry about burning your countertop. I love how I can take my 450° curling iron and stick it in there immediately after unplugging and nothing gets burned. The only thing I was bummed about is that it didn’t have a thing to hold it closed on the end like some of the pictures showed. But other than that, it was great.
