I bought this to relight a wire set we put in the yard every year. Worked perfectly.

This is not a rope light, this is a tape light, Flat sided. I was looking to replace my years old rope light that had started being dim and already had all the hooks in place to do so. I went ahead and installed this light using them anyway even though therye a bit big for it. The clips they send with it will entail being mounted with the supplied screws, a much more tideous process. The lights are super bright so I would suggest getting a dimmer to plug them into. Luckily I already had that from my previous ones. Hopefully these will last as long as my old set did, time will tell

Just put the lights up on our deck under the roof and they were a little difficult to put up, but they are very nice and bright. We got the white ones and previously had yellow, so the brightness is definitely way brighter than our old ones. Very satisfied for now. Hopefully they don’t have any issues or we will change the review. Thanks!

I should have paid more mind to reviewers that mentioned the brightness and coldness of the light put out by this product. Way, way too much for my needs in a patio light. Sent it back.

This our 5th set of lights. Our entire outside is lighted and so much more secure.

I INSTALLED THIS (*FLAT ONE SIDE*) UNIT JUST UNDER MY CAMPER CANOPY. THE ONE SIDE FLAT UNIT IS FANTASTIC !!!!!! FOR BEING FLAT. I WAS EXTREMELY SURPRISED (** HOW BRIGHT **) THIS UNIT IS. I AM EXCITED, (TO SAY THE LEAST), HOW MUCH BRIGHTNESS THIS UNIT NOW PUTS OUT IN FRONT OF MY CAMPER AND YARD AREA. I WILL BE INSTALLING AN (ON/OFF) TIMER SOON. THIS IS (*NOT A 12 VOLT UNIT*). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, IF ANYONE IS LOOKING TO LIGHT UP THEIR YARD, HOUSE, CAMPER, DECK, AND ETC., THIS UNIT IS WHAT YOULL NEED TO (*BRIGHTEN UP YOUR WORLD*). YOULL (NOT BE SORRY) ABOUT THIS LIGHT UNIT. I WIRED THIS LIGHT UNIT, TO BE ON AT DARK AND OFF AT NEXT MORNING LIGHT. I AM A EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF THIS LIGHT UNIT. ITS CONSIDERED BEING IN ROPE LIGHT FAMILY. THIS UNIT IS FLAT ON ONE SIDE AND A FANTASTIC CAMPER SECURITY LIGHT OR ANY OUTSIDE SECURITY. EXTREMELY LOW VOLTAGE DRAW AS FOR ELECTRIC USAGE. GREAT VALUE FOR SECURITY OR FOR ANY BRIGHT OUTDOOR USAGE.

These lights are awesome. They are bright and that’s what I was looking for! I got the warm white, but as another reviewer says there aren’t really warm. My set up looks warm due to the fence. It lights up the side of my yard really well! I have these connected to a smart switch, so now Alexa/google assistant controls them! I also put them (extras I had left over from the back yard) under my bed frame, hoping for a nice warm light for at night before bed. It’s a bit too bright for that purpose, but for the original intended purpose, I love them! They are flat though, so not like a traditional rope light.

Work great for what I needed for nice lighting and it was easy to hide behind crown molding

This of LED lights, that you would put in the inside window. Im not sure why it was listed as a rope light. I had to return it, it absolutely would not work as a rope light
