Great gift for kids that love lego.

Easy to follow directions make the creation of the Lego Ghost Train so much fun! The plastic blocks are colorful and sturdy, but once the creation is made, put the train up on a shelf where it can be carefully played with or keep the instructions handy to figure out where everything goes. Legos are a fun way to bring everyone together. We love them.

This is a larger set so be prepared for that and starting earlier in the day so you can complete the same day you start. This is our first train set so this was a wonderful addition to our Lego collection. It has great details and love the hidden features give more interactive play. I’m not a huge fan of downloading an app and getting my kids on a device after spending time off a device to build this. But it does provide some extra enjoyment. I wouldn’t buy just fit AR piece. This is a great value with the versatile of this LEGO set. Theres a lot going on and perfect for kids or adults. You can use it as a plain train and plain station or change it to a haunted scene. For more entertainment, you can use it with an app. This LEGO set comes with a thick instruction book. The LEGO people have two different faces to them. They are very expressive. The body has torso printing. Theres added face pieces that I have never seen before and different hair pieces. Theres stickers on some of the parts. Once the LEGOs were built, the train is easy to load on the tracks. The only difficult part is getting each train cart to connect/disconnect with each other. It uses a little ball attachment. Once its attached, it stays put. The train set has fun interactive pieces, like having the teeth pop up in the front and the wings pop out the sides. Theres an app that you can use to interact with this set. DOWNLOAD THE APP BEFORE BUYING THIS SET. Then you can see if its compatible with what you want to use it with. The app brings in a nice background to your train when you scan it. You scan areas and battle ghosts. Theres no risk in playing it. Definitely an added bonus and makes LEGOs more fun! This LEGO set would be perfect for Halloween time!

Love Legos but why in the WORLD would you ship a set without a box?! You put shipping labels all over the original box AND my son saw it, which completely ruined the Christmas surprise. So thanks for that.

Very fun train to build. Comes with everything including great easy to understand instructions.I would expect nothing less from LEGO. The nice twist to this is the app to bring this thing to life. I do not want to spoil anything, but the augmented reality is a very nice/different touch. You can play with the set without the app so dont let that stop you from getting this nice train set. Any LEGO love would have a great time with this.
