Was missing several bags of parts we had to contact lego and are still waiting for replacement

I purchased this as a gift for my 10 year old nephew. Needless to say, he loved it. The lego set arrived promptly and in a box that protected the actual box from damage. Five stars.

Very flimsy once constructed, cannot be moved in one go.

The instructions are not included in the set. You have to get the app to access the instructions, but even the app won’t let you access the instructions to Bowser’s castle, even though you’ve paid $90 for it, until you buy the starter set, another $60. So basically this is not a set you can gift unless you know the kid already has the the starter set or they won’t be able to play with it. Also, I suppose lego has decided the Mario sets are not for underprivileged kids who may not have devices or internet access. These would be a very bad choice to include in an Angel Tree gift, as the kid may have no way of playing with it because they may not have internet access and even if they do, they can’t have the instructions anyway with also owning the starter set.

a nice set to add to the lego super mario world. my son loved it. besides what would any mario collection be without his nemesis bowser. get the hassle free packaging. its basically the original box in mint condition, inside the factory box and its cheaper!

My 8 year old grandson loved it! Just thought is was a little to simple!

You need to buy starter pack first otherwise no Mario included
