Very easy to install both filters and really made a huge difference when it comes to suction. Wow!! However, the filter that goes inside the waste container came apart after less than a month. This was a 2 pack so I installed the 2nd one last night. Let’s hope it was just a fluke and this one lasts longer. Will update this review and let everyone know if it does. Update!!! The second filter came apart just as quickly as the first. The factory filter worked for years so having 2 of these fail in a matter of weeks is unacceptable. You will love the increase in suction and power at first but when the filter separated from the plastic housing, you’ll know immediately and the sound of the vacuum changes noticeably. I do not recommend.

First this design was not Dyson’s finest. Supposed to wash these monthly, so I ordered a few extra so I can swap out while the others dry. The filter that goes in the canister isn’t well made. The filter media separated from the plastic ring at the top. They snap back together but they really need glue. When this fails a lot more dust goes to the second filter behind the wheel and the unit struggles and runs hot. The next canister filter split along the Dream on the filter media which again sent tons of dust to the second filter causing the unit to run hot. When the filters are new the suction is great. As they fill the suction drops dramatically. Filter failures are an irritation added to other issues which means I’ll probably avoid Dyson the next time.

The filters came neatly packaged. The pre-filters fit perfectly and functioned as intended. The HEPA post filters may be ok. They are shorter than the original equipment but since they are the correct diameter at the upper end they should work ok.

Virtually identical to the factory installed one. Great suction and easy replacement. Highly recommend.

Fits my Dyson Ball well. Gets the job done

I was a little worried, after reading some of the one-star reviews, that the product would not fit and would cause noise after installment. However, it fit perfectly. My old motor filter had never been changed and was impossible to clean so a new filter was needed. The Dyson brand filter is more than $50 for one filter. This, I got 2 motor filters and 2 canister filters for much less.

Wish I would have changed the filters earlier. The improvement in suction power is amazing!

The round HEPA filter is just as good as the original. The filter for inside the canister is thicker material and more robust than the original. Highly recommended.

Product was easy to install and worked perfect. Great value at a great price.

These fit the Dyson DC40 Pet perfectly. They appear to be equal or similar quality as the original.
