Pros: It is good for gaming. I can used high resolution for most games. And it is fluent and nice.

When delivered, came with broken screen even though computer itself was functioning, the break was too severe and I had to return it and I never got refunded.

I love this laptop. Great for gaming and whatever else you want to do. Good cooling system as well. Just upgrade the ram with another 8gb stick and youll be good to go.

This product is very misleading, the description reads 16gbs of Ram, i only received 8gbs of Ram. I don’t ever recommend this product nor the seller.

Para el precio que tiene, ofrece mucho. En menos de 10 seg ya está totalmente iniciada y desbloqueada. Sugiero añadirle una memoria ram de 8gb y un ssd de 256 gb. Algo importante a tener en cuenta es que a pesar que esta laptop cuenta con un slot libre para un ssd m2 2280, no trae ese soporte donde se atornilla y sujeta la ssd. Sí trae el agujero pero está en la placa, lo que no daría una buena sujeción a la ssd.

Apparently there is a fairly common issue of Wi-Fi dropping randomly. Not exactly sure why not drivers or anything like that. When I looked up fixes seems like a lot of people with this particular laptop have this issue. Most fixes involve reinstalling windows, going into bios or doing things I dont think I should have to do for a brand new computer. Drivers and updates are no big deal even small fixes are not a problem for me but having to reinstall windows or some other nonsense right out of the box, not happy.

With a full charge and just casually browsing the battery can last at most 2hr30mins, in the task manager the ram caps at 5.9Gb of ram and the laptop idles at around 80% utilization of ram which is 4.7/5.9Gb while just browsing, the laptop comes with a 2.5 ssd drive tray so I guess you can install more storage if you want? Personally I plan on opening it up and seeing if can install more ram cause the 5.9gb of ram is really toeing the line and feels intentional by Lenovo to fleece just a little from consumers. I noticed the lower than advertised ram because a YT vid was taking forever to load even though I have good internet and noticed the laptops ram utilization was capping at 87% likely due to some bloatware and how low the ram was. This laptop needs at least the 8Gb of ram that was advertised in order to run comfortably for me otherwise youre pretty much going to have to close out of everything but the launcher and a game in order for it not to get strangled for ram. And if I can fit 16gb of ram Im going to do it 100%.

Item was DOA and would not charge. Tried to get a replacement but they would only refund my purchase price and would have to buy again but now its not on sale anymore so I would end up paying more than $100 extra.

My son enjoys both performance and graphics on this machine. Great choice !
