> 3 dayInstall wasnt too bad, only part I wasnt sure about was after snapping the cover onto the back should the excess wire be cut off? I tested the connection with a light up tool, everything looked good. No complaints.

Greater than one weekThis connector and the wall plate worked perfectly for my hardwired extension into my office. Cable was very easy to install.

> 3 dayThis wasnt what I was expecting to get when I ordered. I thought the picture indicated a different product so I returned it.

> 3 daySnapped into place in blank without a problem. Included color coded press in tabs for network cable wires. The color coding helped me avoid mistakes when wiring. Would buy again.

> 3 dayI have tried other keystone port systems, but always come back to Leviton. They definitely arent going to win the price war, but they just seem more substantial and higher precision than the others. I have used these for a mixture of RJ11, RJ45, Coax, RCA, and Banana jacks -- and all of them fit perfectly, with no slop or play. One word of caution -- Leviton used to package the RJ11 and RJ45 jacks with a small, plastic punch-down tool. No more. If you dont already have one, you will need to order a punch-down tool separately for the RJ11/RJ45 jacks (or get the new tool free jacks, which are quite a bit more expensive).

Greater than one weekInstead of leaving more wire to help in pulling them through the connectors posts (as instructed by Leviton), its easier to use a plastic card, like an old credit card, to push the wires all the way down through the posts. This way, and even if wires use a thicker jacket, posts are able to connect just like they should. Very Good product, but Leviton should provide us with a tool, similar to a credit card, to help in fitting the wires into the posts.

> 3 dayDownside, Leviton is expensive... Upside, Leviton is expensive for a reason. These are really well-made jacks which install reliably every time. Ive never had an issue, even when re-using them. Theyre even made in the US, I believe (maybe Mexico), and at this price theyre actually about the same or maybe a little cheaper than the clone sold at the local big orange box store. You can definitely get cheaper keystone jacks, and some of them might even work fine, but Ive realized time is money and I dont want to spend mine chasing weird signal integrity issues from substandard jacks. Every time I install cabling, I look at the cheaper options and Im tempted. Then I realize that if I have to replace just one bad jack, Ive eliminated whatever cost savings I might have had. Do it right, do it once.
