Great little memory sticks!

I have the 64GB size of the Lexar JumpDrive V100. My Mac says the capacity is 61.85GB. Transfer speeds seemed a little slow to me. It took 5 minutes to transfer a 6GB folder from my hard drive to the jump drive. But I suspect that’s because I have to use an adapter because my Mac only has USB C ports. I don’t like the design of the cap. Most of the time, if a jump drive has a cap, it can go on the back of the drive until you’re finished using it. This cap doesn’t fit on the other end, so I know I’m going to lose the cap. Otherwise, the drive works great. Lexar is a name I trust, so I feel confident the drive will last.

The USBs are exactly what I was expecting. Easy to use, has enough storage capacity to hold your files. Delivered on time and packaged well.

This flash drive is pretty handy for quick file storage and transfer. On Windows, the drive shows as having about 58 GB of available storage space, while on a Mac it shows having around 62 GB of storage. I chalk this up to the difference in operating systems as well as the the need for every drive to have a few operational files on it to start with, such as the file allocation table and file structure (FAT32). This drive provides ample storage space (~64 GB), and fast file transfers (5 Gbps for the USB 3.0 standard). I was able to transfer a music album in just a matter of seconds! As well, the protective plastic cap keeps unwanted dirt and debris out of the A-connector cavity. This drive is functional and practical.

Havent really had a chance to use them but based on prior usage of Lexar flash drives I am hopeful these will work as well.

Great, so far

This is by far the highest capacity jump drive that I own. Its transfer rate is nice too. The only problem is I tend to lose the cap and end up finding it later. This has been a blessing when getting todays larger files between computers when wi-fi isnt available.
