> 3 dayThis is the best LED projector I was able to find on the market right now, and the only one that displays 1080p. Being LED, it turns on and off much quicker than most other projectors and is quieter than others in this price range. Overall, it is a solid, high quality product that is a joy to use for gaming and movies. I use mine for a 120 inch screen (despite the 100 inch limit) on an off-white wall and it still looks great. Pros: Full 1080p resolution Very low input lag for gaming Auto vertical keystone with no blur Good brightness for a dark room Very small and portable Responsive remote Quick to turn on and off Low fan noise (on medium energy saving mode) Low heat produced Con: No zoom feature (if you are mounting it, find out where it needs to go before screwing the mount in place) Wireless display has heavy delay (better to just use an HDMI for movies) Other features: It can play movies and photos directly from a USB stick. It does have built in smart features, but since I have an Amazon Fire TV Stick and a Nintendo Switch, I havent used them so I cant comment on those.

> 3 dayThe pocture quality is excellent and this product deserves better review but my review of 4 is because its smart capability with Lg webos is a little complicated compared to Android tv..the remote makes it further complicated but with a very good image quality for a dark room makes it an excellent projector..i brought XGIMI mogo pro but compared to this LG product the XGIMi image quality is no way closer to LG.. please dont fall for false marketing from XGIMI

> 3 dayI just received the unit today so these are my first impressions. Most projectors around 3000 lumens are 300 Watts or more, and I do not want to burn $40 a month just for electricity on my projector. So I wanted a 1080p projector good enough for a semi-lit room, semi-portable, not more than 1000 lumens or 100 watts. This is possibly the only projector on the market that fits the bill. Pros -Great 1080p resolution on a portable projector -Decent software, can watch Hulu, Netlfix, Youtube etc without needing to connect it to a PC. 600 lumens is good enough for a semi-lit room, and only consumes 65 Watts max, unlike other bright projectors that need 300-400 Watts. -I did not have the problem or forgetting the wifi password that others mentioned. -I did not have any difficulty with the remote or the menus. They are not the best, but they are quite useable. -Autokeystone works when the projector is pointing up. Cons -The major issue is with zoom. If you zoom to have clear picture in the center, it will be blurry near the edges. And vice-versa. What is the point of 1080p if poor zooming is going to ruin it? Unacceptable for a $650 projector. Sony projectors do not have that issue. Even a cheap Vankyo V600 projector does not have that issue. -Also, you cannot adjust the throw, you have to move the projector closer or farther from the screen to change the screen size. At this price point this is forgiveable, you usually have to pay more for adjustable throw. -There is a HORRIBLE bug, which makes keystone work incorrectly when projecting to wall at a level lower than the projector. (Or when projecting forward to the ceiling). Then, keystone distorts the image in the wrong direction, making it even more distorted (i.e. a parallelpiped, instead of an orthogon). LG, if you are listening, you HAVE TO FIX THIS BUG, it is totally unacceptable. Conclusion: If you want to show a powerpoint presentation, text may be blurry in the middle or edges of the screen. In movies, it is not as noticeable. If you want to lie in bed and project to the ceiling, a bit forward from the bed, auto-keystone will distort your image in the wrong direction, making the projector unusable.

> 3 dayI really like this projector but out of nowhere it started getting lines on the image. Still probably will look into getting it fixed but it’s still a good projector.

> 3 dayIf you want to show movies outside and not have to be tethered to power outlets, power cords, network, this is the projector to get! Starting with it diminutive size, true 1080p video, ample brightness in dark settings, included battery with up to 2.5 hours of runtime (can attach power bank for even longer runtime), bluetooth audio out and USB drive input (supports most video file formats and codecs) and tripod mounting hole, this projector checks off all the boxes! There is a USB port on the back of the projector, load some movies onto a USB flash drive, insert into projector, then bring up the included file browser from main menu, choose the movie to watch and that is it! Also, there is a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) port on the back of the projector, so if you have a power bank that support USB-C PD, simply connect it to the PD port on the projector, it will continue to charge the onboard battery to give even longer runtime. I found a 26,800 USB-C power bank on sale for $40 at a local big box electronics store and it works perfectly. Pair this projector with a good, easy to set up portable screen and a powerful bluetooth speaker, you have your dream desert island movie theater! I recommend spending a bit more to get a quality screen, and one that is super easy to set up and break down. Remember, portability and ease is the key here. I found a great portable screen that has a square tubular aluminum frame that is cleverly hinged, the sturdy screen snaps onto the frame, then simply insert foldable legs Into screen and you are done. With 2 people the screen goes up in about 10 minutes or less and comes down and stowed away even quicker. Also, pair it with a powerful bluetooth speaker and you truly will have a full theater experience outside under the stars. I have an Aiwa Exos-9 bluetooth speaker, it pumps out theater quality sound to go along with the vivid image from the projector. And, once paired with the LG projector, I can control the volume from the included LG projector remote, great for upping quiet parts and lowering extremely loud parts of the movie, especially if playing outside close to other homes. There are other features like built in wi-fi support, Netflix, Youtube apps, but none of that concerns me as they will not be available where I will be playing my movies, on my private desert island! So, if you want a truly portable projector that checks off all the boxes, get this, you wont be sorry!

Greater than one weekVery impressed with this projector. I debated getting another big screen tv or going with a projector in family room. Glad I went with this LG projector with an 80 inch screen. Have it ceiling mounted and using bluetooth to my Vizio soundbar system. Was worried about 1080p vs 4k but you cant tell a difference from 10ft away viewing. It has nice bright colors and contrast. The black scenes look better than expected. It does help to put in a darker light controlled room. The picture doesnt get bright enough in a brighter room. The menu settings are easy to navigate. I am using standard picture mode setting with color temp on warm for movies and tv. Energy saving on medium. The fan is really quiet with that setting. Vivid and sports mode also looks nice with really bold and bright colors if you like the picture brighter. The speaker is very weak sounding but does ok in a pinch. I would use a soundbar. I havent noticed any audio sync issues with bluetooth. For the price with having an led bulb with wifi and bluetooth its a great deal. I like that its portable in case I decide to take it outside. If you want to go big and not spend a ton of money for a large tv this is the way to go.

> 3 daySo far the best image quality I have found in its class. I’ve tested around 5 top projectors including the Kodak Luma and more ranging from $129-$600. I’m also a photographer and the image quality in this is great. Contrast could be better but I honestly haven’t adjusted the settings to see if that can be better. It doesn’t do Airplay or any decent screen sharing with ALL Apple devices so that sucks. Also no Netflix app and the UI is overly complex. The screen is very bright even in a well lit room. (Well enough to cook.) Screen is smaller than most. Smallest of all I’ve tested. Still large but 2/3rds of the average screen size. It’s about the size of a box of granola bars (best I could do, hey). Nice that it has USB power share. Auto Keystone is decent. Not the most responsive I’ve seen. If you want super small portable with great picture and sufficient light in dark settings get the Kodak Luma 350 or even better the 450. This is the most intuitive, convenient projector I’ve seen also with a great image. The 200 lumens is more than sufficient in dark settings but very inadequate in any other setting with ambient light. For a muchhh brighter and better image at the cost of user interface (no Airplay), size and convenience get the LG. Rather pricey and basically you’re just paying for a brighter image. Do you really watch the projector during the day. Curious about the WeMax but so far these off-brands have had subpar image quality all around.
