Sparkling seltzers? Nah, not that kinda spicy water. This the good stuff. Gives you energy and doesnt afraid of anything. For real tho, I only drink this flavor. Other flavors are dog water. Only spicy water for me.

I noticed after 3 days that I had swelling today in my ankles. Im hoping its not related to lmnt. My headaches have gotten better. Gonna do more research to see what the side effects of lmnt is.

The watermelon and citrus flavor are the best. I love these because they don’t have sugar.

I love these drinks and will definitely buy the orange or lemon next time. The Watermelon is not my favorite flavor. The smell is like bubblegum Watermelon from when I was little but the saltiness with whatever the flavor is is not great. Definitely love the brand and it makes a huge difference in my hydration levels!

I love LMNT. This is my favorite flavor so far. It’s not spicy, but definitely has a bit of chili flavor to balance the sweet of the mango. Great for hydration.

Literally tastes like hot chocolate 10/10

I originally got the sample pack and almost threw out the chocolate packet because the idea of chocolate Water (I thought it would be clear) was just not doin’ it for me. One day I was feeling adventurous and gave it a try and I’ve been obsessed ever since! It’s not clear, it’s brown. Mix it with cold water - you’ve got delicious dairy free chocolate milk. Mix it with hot water - you get surprisingly good hot chocolate. Add some heavy cream and magic happens! Seriously, give it a chance :)
