This is my second order of LMNT. I occasionally need electeolytes while eating keto. Eat helps with hunger and leg cramps. I chose habenero lemon. It was great tasting! Try not to inhale the dust though, its powerful!

This is the perfect combination fory coffee I was trying to get off sugar and creamer in my coffee and this did the job. Love the flavor. Also orange salt and citrus are wonderful.

These really help after a sauna treatment, workout or night of drinking. It tastes pretty salty but I like it. My husband hates it. I put it in a 24oz water bottle. The price is great. I use them about once or twice a week. This is my favorite flavor.

Helps me hydrate easily

It helped my mother-n-law and I increase our sodium to healthy levels.

Doing the carnivore diet, with one meal a day, I was simply missing out on a few basic elements and having leg cramps at night. I know that hard-core carnivores would opt for NO supplements and especially avoid those with even natural sweeteners, but this does not seem to hinder me in reaching my goals (weight loss, increasing muscle). I mix it in 24 ounces of hot water and some coffee, with the Torani PureMade No Sugar Caramel Syrup (only flavor with just stevia and erythritol/NO monk fruit) and some have whipping cream...and voila! I have my somewhat prissy coffee drink that I sip on all day at my desk and get my Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate fix for the day. As a benefit, the leg cramps are gone.

I have POTS and need to up my intake of both water and salt, so these packets are perfect. This particular flavor is niiiiice. But I learned that it makes a lot more sense to buy them directly from the companys website.
