Loctite Threadlocker 242, 50mL Bottle, Blue

I am a big fan of Loctite blue. I like the large bottle and it was a good price. I would buy this item again.

Its Loctite, whats not to love. Full disclosure, it only arrived yesterday (almost 2 weeks after purchase) and I have not yet used it but after inspection, it appears to be what its supposed to be. I say that because its from India which I was not aware of when I hastily clicked to buy. Dont care of course, other than for the idea of.... why India? I can drive 5 miles and get pick it up. Arrived in a cloth lined, paper envelope. Very nice, though unnecessary. Not a complaint but it is Loctite. Either way, assuming its what its supposed to be Im happy with the purchase. For the $30 saved, the 2 week delivery is certainly acceptable.

Got my bottle in today after a few days delay. Bottle was not sealed and was half empty.......no idea how to weigh it without knowing the bottle weight itself dry but would not purchase again.

It is nothing more than the BLUE (medium), thread-locker, put in a red bottle. This is extremely deceptive. It will be returned when/if it ever shows up.

It’s Loctite. How can you go wrong?

I go through the smaller bottles too fast. This medium locker stuff admittedly isnt for everyone, but when you work on things that shake & vibrate a lot (like Harley Davidsons) it is a must for almost every screw/bolt you touch.
