I have contacted the warranty company twice on the same complaint. I receive a return email asking for more pictures which I send then never hear from them again. This is a lifetime warranty. A suitcase used 3 times needs to be repaired or replaced.

They do not hold very well. One trip one way and the largest suitcase ripped by the zipper

Very nice!! Would definitely recommend the luggage. It is lightweight and the wheels literally twirl. The outside fabric design is attractive. Of very good quality and value!

I needed new luggage for a trip to Europe and I wanted them to be lightweight. These held up well through six flights. No scuffs to the outside either!

Very happy with my purchase

I bought this set to replace a well-used set with wheels that never worked as well as these. Its super light weight yet sturdy. Love them!

I used these pieces once so far, with no more than 40 lbs total weight in them. and With entirely normal usage, one seam is already shredded open and one zipper handle has fallen off.

Will be using 2 pieces next week. Hoping that it performs as well as it looks. Delivered as described with no damage.

Held up well for the first trip. Time will tell how long they last.
