Greater than one weekI have contacted the warranty company twice on the same complaint. I receive a return email asking for more pictures which I send then never hear from them again. This is a lifetime warranty. A suitcase used 3 times needs to be repaired or replaced.

Greater than one weekGreat for the price, lots of room for an 8 day trip. Very light weight, not sure how long they would hold up if you travel alot, but love them for them for the light traveling i do during the year.
